Gibson's heating and air-conditioning LLC

We utilize Gibson Heating and Air for maintenance on our HVAC system, and have been very pleased with the quality, professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy of everyone we have encountered. Recently we purchased a new dryer, and we were getting an indicator that there was a blockage to outflow, and since we never had the vent cleaned, we thought it was time. Today, Luke P. came over to clean our dryer vent. We have lived here 5 years, and have not had this done. As you can see from the picture, we were overdue. Luke pulled out a large amount of lint, and made sure that the vent was completely clean, with 3 passes of his brush. Then he climbed up on the roof and made certain that the vent cap was cleaned out (there was lint build up there too) and that there was a good flow of air. He was right on time, professional, courteous, and very thorough. When he re attached the dryer to the vent, he made sure both connections were tight and proper. He did a much better job than the people who installed the dryer. Very happy with all the work that Gibson has done for us. I highly recommend their service.

The last couple times I have had issues with my AC I have called Gibson and they have been nothing short of amazing! The techs are very professional, they take the time to explain the process and assure you don’t have any questions. Pricing is reasonable and they’re very responsive! I will continue to utilize them for my AC/heating needs every-time !

Searching for the right Contractor in any trade can be daunting. After going through 3 other A/C companies in town to find someone that was not trying to up sale me on a new system and then telling me it would cost an extraordinary amount of money to replace the system, I got a hold of Gibson Heating and Air which was referred to me by a friend. Absolutely incredible service. Immediately the technician went to work and within a short amount of time his diagnosis was Simple, to the point, and courteous. He Pointed out the issue, called in for the part left and came back within an hour to replace it. He said it’s now in great shape and asked if there was any other concerns I might have. I said no and thanked him for his straight forwardness. It’s been a few months now and my system is now more efficient and reliable. Thanks to the team of Gibson Heating and Air for the peace of mind. A top notch team.

Brett and his team have been very professional..efficient…& knowledgeable! We have had 2 AC’s installed and prior to that repair and they gave quick response and took great care of us! Very considerate of the Summer heat and our children/pups and couldn’t have been nicer-

Luke visited our home on May 17th, 2023, exactly when the appointment was scheduled. He was professional, courteous and explained the maintenance steps as he did them. Luke was respectful of our property and left no evidence that he was there, except that the system worked perfectly. Top notch service, quality work at a great price! Brett and his company saved me!! I’ve been with out AC in some of the hottest weather we have in fl for over a week. I went with a local company who was unable to complete the job. Panicking to have another company help me restore my Ac I found Gibson through there amazing reviews, which do not lie, these guys are the best! Gibson's is a great company. Brett is a honest and hardworking guy. The prices are great! Every one of his guys are professional. Unfortunately, we have had lots of issues with our Lennox a/c since we built our house, but Brett has always worked with Lennox to get the issues fixed. We definitely recommend Gibson's!!

We’ve been using Gibsons since we moved into our new-to-us (but 100 year old) house. We inherited 2 non-matching units and some awfully old ductwork. Brett was very kind to have someone come out and explain the units to us and get them cleaned up. A year later, one of the units that’s over 15 years old stopped working without notice. Everyone was booked out for days so we scheduled two companies. One came out within hours but told us we needed new coils and coolant that’s no longer made so it would be over $4k or we could buy a new unit. Gibsons arrived the next day and advised new coils would lead to more problems given the age of the unit. They also informed us that if we did replace coils there is alternate coolant that could be used at a rate substantially different than what we were quoted. For slightly more, we could buy a whole new unit from Gibsons.
The office is so nice every time we call and we appreciate their honesty. We’ll continue working with Gibsons.
