I have been calling on Steven and Jason for several years. I can honestly say that the service these professionals provide goes the extra mile. Their attention to detail, punctuality, trust, price, etc. is beyond comparison. I can truly recommend Gulfstream Cooling without any reservations. They do the job right the first time.

Great service and comms, technician arrived on time and left the area they were working cleaner than before they came in.
Their recommendations were on point, professional clean install, I never felt I was being over sold on things I did not need.

Jason from Gulfstream Cooling scheduled an Emergency Call at 7:30am and a Technician was at my house by 9:30am. My A/C was running cold an hour later. Price was very fair and the technician was very thorough with the diagnostics and informing me of the cost BEFORE he did the work. Thanks you again for the quick service!

These guys are the best, most honest guys in this biz. Came out to replace a starter switch that burnt up (they didn't know that beforehand). Anibal, the tech, who was professional & personable diagnosed the problem (even had the part on his truck). He performed the repair, checked the whole system out, flushed the line, and said everything was fine. This was after one of their competitors (I'll name them, CMI) had come out and said at a minimum, we needed to replace the switch, the blower motor, and a capacitor for $500-$600, but he recommended that we replace the whole system because it was almost 15 years old. In fact, the system was replaced in 2011. We won't use anybody else but Gulfstream in the future. Thanks guys!

The tech, Walter, was fantastic. He was friendly and easy going. He assessed the problem with my ac, talked me through the issue and gave me several options on how to fix it. He didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need and gave me an affordable option.

Gulfstream replaced a 2 ton unit when temps hit 94F outside. I solicited bids from 5 HVAC companies rated highly on Angie's List. Gulf Stream stood apart with their reasonable approach to what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were not the lowest priced vendor, but they know their stuff and take pride in workmanship. I need to understand what I am investing in, and Gulfstream gave me clear and technical answers to my questions. It is rare to find a family owned business that runs so efficiently and effectively. I had major work done, it took three techs a full day to relocate the air handler in the attic and revise old drainage and electrical connects. These guys were dripping sweat in my attic that had to hit 110F+. At all times they were very professional and respectful of the property and had throw rugs and cleaned up after the work. Even after a full day, the chief tech (one of the brothers) walked me through the new thermostat. He didn't rush through the instructions despite a really tough day in bad conditions. Highly recommended jewel of the HVAC industry. They will be my go to HVAC service provider.

We just had a new air conditioner installed yesterday by Steve and his brother Jason.I have never met two guys that are so knowledge,respectful, and just so nice!! The system that we choose was Bryant two stage.They went over with us together so we understood everything that we were getting.Called us the day before to confirm that they were coming in the am.In Florida this is un heard of. I would recommend Gulfstream cooling to anyone who wants a co.that's not like all the rest.Very personal at that. Gulfstream Cooling is like a mom and pop kind of co.They are always here for you.

I selected Gulfstream Cooling Inc replace my old ruud 5 ton ac unit in March of 2016. The entire process went great and the house is cooling better than it ever has before. Jason and his team showed up for every appointment on time. They maintained good communications and followed up promptly with several questions I had.

Jason discussed with me several options I was thinking I wanted and he gave me the pros and cons of each with no pressure to pursue what would make more money for them.

The installation looks great.
Gulfstream Cooling Inc took the time to protect the floors during the full day installation and they fixed several issues created by the original sytem installer so they don't become issues again (for example... putting conduit around the outdoor thermostat cable that has not widthstood the intense ultraviolet light from the sun over the las 15 years).

New ac units can be extremely different from the 15 plus year old units they replace. This creates enough unknowns to worry about. I am confident that with the care Gulfstream Cooling Inc put into my installation I am off to a good start.

They were pretty responsive although Google lists them as being available 24 hours and that's not true. They only take new clients M-F. I called them Saturday and the tech promised to call me back Monday to set up a time to visit (we decided to wait since they have good reviews and our problem was intermittent), but the tech never called on Monday. We called them and got service within a few hours. Great service, nice courteous tech and a pretty reasonable price for same day service.
