Very pleased with quality of service from this dealer. Everyone from Sales (Mike) to Installation Crew (Wayne) and Service (Luis) was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough at every stage. This business definitely cares about their customers and it shows.

I owned a Rheem A/C unit that came with the house. I first called Gulfstream 6-7 years back to come in and to do a cleaning and to give the unit a "once over" to get a quality review.

First: Steve... "SHOWED UP AND HE WAS EXACTLY ON TIME."
Second: Perhaps not a big deal to most... but he "looked like" an A/C guy. He showed up in a uniform, was very courteous and polite.

Steve cleaned the unit, did it in a reasonable amount of time, CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF (better than he arrived) , charged exactly what he said he would and and gave me his opinion about how long he thought the unit would last.

Flash forward to 2014. We placed an emergency call to Gulfstream. My wife said we probably need a new unit. Steve came out, took a look and was able to get the unit running long enough for us to get the replacement a week later. He said he didn't think what he did would last longer than a week...( HE WAS CORRECT.)

Monday we got estimates on two units that Steve and his brother recommended. Talk about a easy process. Jason explained everything about the difference in the units and the benefits each one had. We decided to go with he more expensive unit because I feel in the long run we will save money and be more comfortable. Last night was the first. All I can say is "I didn't have to constantly take the covers off and then place them on because the old single stage unit would wait til it got too hot before it went on and then blow enormous amounts of cold air.

This Bryant unit kept the temperature a a constant level and it was really comfortable. Here's hoping to many more nights this way!

Steve and Jason are trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and are GOOD PEOPLE.

Hire them for your A/C needs... you won't be disappointed.

They showed up on time, called before coming, explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. They cared that I was without air and worked in the dark to get my a/c working. So nice to see customer service at its best. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.

Replaced a broken Carrier unit with a brand new Bryant and everything went smoothly. Very professional and did a great job. Pleased with their service.

These guys are great at what they do! The service they provide is extremely thorough and they explain everything to you. They don't use fake promotional offers to get in the door then charge more. Their price is fair and upfront. I would definitely recommend them.

Steve came out to my residence on a weekend and made the necessary repairs to get my A/C running again. I cannot speak highly enough for their professionalism and work ethic. Great company.

Purchased a new unit two and half years ago and it has been working wonderfully. They usually show up the same day when you call them and offer great service and support.
