I called for repair to my only AC unit in the morning. I was told that "Doug" would be there after 3PM. He came and know what needed to be done and made the repair quickly. Nice person, nice company, fair price. I will use them again if needed.

Honest and work with you to understand options and reasons things should be done a certain way. On my home they have been great around the kids and dogs. On my commercial account we have had terrific response and fair pricing on multiple systems. Was originally a reference from a Vetrans group and I’m glad I found them!!!!

Our A/C went out at 4am. I called and spoke to Office Manager, Tabathina who asked me some questions. She fixed it over the phone by instructing me to turn on my Humidifier. The A/C immediately started blowing cold! They could have sent a Tech out for an easy Service Call and Charge but did not!

This company tried charging my grandfather $850 for a blower motor under warranty and then was called out for overcharging an elderly man. Then dropped the price to $356! That is some shady shady behavior. We called around for my grandfather and all three local companies that we called were in the 350-400 range for a blower motor including the service call!!! Predator pricing! This occurred in pine lake gardens! Thank god Richard Berlanti changed the preferred vendors list to a local honest company going forward my grandfather will be calling them for all his needs

Cee Dee Air was responsive when needed. They identified the problem and fixed the issue all in the same day. Doug was awesome and easy to work with. I know there a lot of choices in a/c companies, but Cee Dee is our choice.

We've been using Cee Dee to service our A/C for years and they never pushed us to replace it. When it finally needed updated, they were responsive in helping us understand our options. Our new unit works great.

This air conditioner has had something wrong with it almost every 6 months. It shuts off, stops working, etc. I have had to pay between $150-$250 each time these people come out to fix it. Motor just had to be replaced AGAIN after 1 year. That is twice in 3 years. It cost me $250 labor for them to fix a defective part that THEY provided. Very annoying. I bought this air conditioner for my parents before they moved in 3 years ago so they didn’t have to deal with the old one. They are senior citizens and they don’t have much money so it has been a real pain. The house is very small and shouldn’t take much to cool it. I’m extremely disappointed all around.

Good service, but a bit pricey.

SECOND POST:

Justification... let's see..... the new duct work... TOPS $150.00 in material.... TOPS!!! Then 2 guys for 3.5 Hours (that adds .5 for travel). 7 hours... or $150+/Hour.

Topped with a previous call 4 days earlier; $300 to install a electric motor that took far less than 1 hour...

I call that pricey... but you are free to charge what you want. I paid in full, but think it was QUITE PRICEY!

I had Doug as my repairman. Doug was very professional and on time. He was able to fix my problem and. While doing so he was also able to tell me what caused the problem and how to prevent it.
