The worst experience I ever had with any company in my life. Brandon the service tech showed up with an attitude. I guarantee if he was speaking to a man, he would not have pulled this stunt. I have never been so uncomfortable with a worker in my home in my entire life! He said he recommend severely things to be done to my AC and I had someone else do them, that's why he had an attitude. All I had done was my UV light installed that I owned for several years prior to owning this house.

This was not the first time I had an issue with this company. Prior to the service tech Brandon, another tech from Amtek came to my home to service the AC unit. He lied to me and said the coils where leaking and it made the most sense to replace the AC unit. I got another opinion and nothing was leaking. I did not need to replace my 7-year-old AC unit at the time.

To get nasty to a customer because they did not use your company to install a UV light that they already owned proved my point how this company operates. I lost trust in the company Amtek from day one. I kept future appointments because the warranty plan was already paid for. What an appalling experience!

Outstanding company to deal with. The whole experience was excellent. They went above and beyond! High recommend!

This company is the best Air Conditioning company to use in the treasure coast area. Bottom line they beat out 4 other companies for the air conditioning and duct change out. The owner got the job done with his very experienced crew in a very timely matter. If you need work done I would look no further next time and will use this company again I. Future needs with electrical and plumbing.
I only say this because my experience working In the field of HVAC, and see that everything was done correctly.
Hats off to you guys hope to use you again for other services!

We have been Amtek Customers since purchasing our home in 2014. Sharon in the office is great! Friendly, professional and helpful! Greg our service guy, 10 Gold Stars Customer Service! We ask for him twice a year when we get serviced!! He is a great asset to the Amtek Team and Sharon too:)

Very poor professional service. Tech showed up at my house already upset about something. When he entered the home. He asked my husband, what do you need me to do? Ok, my husband was like you don't have a work order? Well let me call my wife to see what it is she booked you all for. The tech then said, the filter needs changing. (I just changed the filter on the 3rd of this month) Without any warning, he just got in the van and left.

Love these guys. Greg, Leo, Sharon, Marie, Joey, the whole crew! They do soooo much for us and they're always on call. They've done the duct work, the HVAC, hot water heaters, generator, you name it. And they've maintained it for us, as well. And, whenever there's an issue, they come right out, send great techs and solve it quick. So friendly, so effective. Awesome, awesome team. Keep it up, Amtek!

On Thursday evening we noticed the air handler was leaking water into our hallway. We called Amtek and they were here first thing in the morning to assess and turned out we had a major problem. Our whole system needed to be replaced. The very next morning (Saturday) Brandon and AJ started early and spent the entire day working hard to make sure everything was running perfect. Thanks to both of them everything was perfect! We could not have been happier with them. They even offered to bring the portable unit to make it a little more comfortable Friday night, which we declined. These guys are AMAZING! We’ve been with Amtek for a couple years now and we’ve never had an issue. But Brandon and AJ…what a perfect team! They were just EXCELLENT!

Our Air Conditioner was not cooling properly. I called Amtek Air Conditioning. The technician arrived at our home. Danielle, our technician, started diagnosing the problem and discovered that we needed a new thermostat. It was replaced. In addition, we also needed a fan motor which was not discovered until the thermostat had been installed. Danielle was very professional and knowledgeable. She called for the fan motor to be installed and it was installed later that day by John, another technician. She kept me informed in every phase of the repair process. Great job! Thanks, Amtek! Recently had my downstairs AC unit replaced. After having my AC serviced with another company for many years, I decided to find a different company because the service from the previous one was really lacking but prices kept increasing. Some companies get too comfortable with long time customers and need a little shake up.
I am pleasantly surprised with Amtek's customer service. From Michelle and others at the front line to Juan M. their efficient install tech, Sharon with finance, and John F. their Quality Control inspector, each team member made this transaction a smooth one. Also thanks to Bill J. who first diagnosed my failed unit and Chris, the manager, who worked with me and made you feel like a valued customer. Good job guys!
