A/C Now

Was having issues with my A/C unit. AC Now was able to fit me in their schedule the same day and were punctual and professional. The technician diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained it to me. He offered several options, then took his time to repair the unit. Have not had any issue since. I would highly recommend this company. They are trustworthy, experienced and do great work!

These guys were great! Had a bit of a special circumstance with our garage conversion that needed addressed quickly. They came out the next day. Took care of everything. Pretty much completely reinstalled the system. We’re happy customers.

Sean and Chris came out to do maintenance on my AC unit and were super professional and very knowledgeable. They were on time and were able to troubleshoot very quickly so I can get the best performance out of my AC and UV Light system. Their maintenance package was very reasonable and offered many perks (discounts) from their company for purchasing a package with them. I would definitely recommend AC Now to anyone…in fact, I already have!

The team was able to perform the installation to my schedule, early arrival and done by noon. They took the old system with them, and cleaned the installation site.They also were able to have the inspection scheduled quickly so that everything was finished and done with no loose ends.

Our A/C quit working due to the air handler drip pan filling up and water reaching the cut off switch. I knew to drain the drip pan and the A/C would kick on again. But, this time when it kicked on it was only blowing cool, not cold, air.
Of course, this happened at almost 9pm. This was my first time calling A/C Now, and I'm glad I did. Not only did one of the owners answer my call, but had a technician call me right back to schedule an appointment. Because it was so late, Chris couldn't come that night but recommended I shut down the A/C for a bit because it had probably frozen up. And he was correct. I shut it down for about 30 minutes, it had time to thaw and started blowing cold air again.
Since Chris had already scheduled an appointment with us for 8am the next morning, I kept the appointment so he could take a look at why the drip pan was filling up. Chris was 15 minutes early, and got to work right away. He found algae in the air handler, and our drain line was not properly setup for our specific A/C unit. The previous owner added a bend that is used for most other units, but should not be used for ours.
Another important thing about this visit: Chris didn't try to sell anything else, or try to BS my wife. He told her what was going on, exactly how much the service call would be, exactly what he was doing the entire time he was there, and that was it.
A/C Now LLC is now our go to A/C company!

AC Now is Reliable & Professional. Chris was very thorough in checking out my Compressor & Air Handler in the attic. He brought out his equipment to check the temperature & other components. He made the compressor quieter by adjusting attachments the original installer failed to do. He went into the attic to check on the Air Handler, adding chemicals to discourage the slimy Fla algae. Chris checked all areas of concern & replaced the air filter, advising me of a better filter I should buy in the future & advised me to change it every month. Before he left, he showed me how to set the Thermostat. I highly recommend AC Now.
