X Overall it was a great experience from the estimate to the install. I would highly recommend.

I called this company to do the a/c tune up at the properties that I have , they offered, 24 point inspection, adjust freon up to 1 lb, clean filter and drain line, air duct inspection, ETC. Cris the technician did the fist unit and I realized he didn't want to flush the line, fill up the freon which was 0.25 lb low , and walk with his tools around the building , very lazy person!!! he left that day. I called again to schedule the other properties tune up maintenance, I explained the situation and what was not done that day. they reschedule and NEVER SHOWED UP AGAIN fake advertising on products and discounts offered!!

Mike was excellent in his service today for cleaning the ducs. Even went out of his way to remove 2 vents that were filthy to clean and reinstalled the vents. He even vacuumed the debris from removing them. Went up and beyond my expectations. Will be recommending and using their services again.

I like to thank Mike for going the extra mile for us. I was not happy with my previous A/C tech of another company. We called Frozen Hvac and that was the best idea. Mike was professional, very customer oriented plus most of all very knowledgeable. I will recommend you always. Thank you, and we'll see you on our next service.

They came on time, did their work, explained what I needed to know. Notified me of any delay and next steps. Moses was very professional and nice. I don't remember the other gentleman's name but he was also kind and professional.
