Harrington Air Conditioning

Harrington Air never lets us down. Always responds in a timely manner and solves our air conditioning problems. We always have great customer service when Justin is our repairman. Very professional, kind and always has a positive attitude.

I called Ryan the owner at Harrington and he said they would be out at 6pm today. AJ showed up about 2pm today so it was 4 hours earlier, but that's a good thing. No surprises and
It cost what they verbally told me!! So, I'm very happy and I will use Harrington AC again and again for my other houses. Thanks AJ, you were awesome!

Harrington's has offered us excellent service. Their office staff is helpful and friendly. They keep you very informed of their arrival and even give you a bio of the technician they are sending. Jack Rosensteel, our tech., is always professional, honest and explains everything in a way you can understand. Highly recommend!

Adam was great, kind, and worked quickly. He fixed an issue I had been having with my AC pump. I will def be using Harrington for problems and regular maintenance. Thank you!

I called Harrington to set up an appointment to service my AC Unit. They booked me 2.5 weeks out - which is fine. 2 days prior to my appointment they called to move me out another day - OK that's fine.... During the time that they are supposed to arrive they called and told me they needed to push me to April.... APRIL??? After I have been sitting home all day waiting for them. TERRIBLE! UNRELIABLE!!! We always try and support small businesses... Unless you like to be jerked around - I suggest you look elsewhere! UPDATE: Adding the 2 phone calls received by this company - first trying to move me to April then agreeing to come 2 days later and the next call cancelling an hour into the 2-4 pm time frame they quoted.

This is a premier a/c company. Expect excellence and you won’t be disappointed. Johnny and Tony did a fantastic job.

I was very pleased with the trouble shooting and repair work Marcus did on my "dead" A/C system yesterday. He was very methodical in finding the problem, making the repair, and then performing an overall system performance check to verify Freon charge was correct and that the compressor was performing satisfactorily. I appreciated his willingness to explain what he was doing as he went through the process of disassembly, repair, assembly, and then testing.

Malak & Max were great. They are very professional, arrived early, efficient, and insightful. They installed a whole new HVAC system in my home and you wouldn't have known they were there. I would recommend them 10/10 times.
