Harrington Air Conditioning

Harrington installed new duct work and boots, Barry gave me my initial plan, which i felt was spot on. I had called two other companies. I liked his plan. The installers Malak & Max were very professional, my ducts were old and not properly installed in my attic as well, they fixed this to make easier access without having to step over a duct. They were never hurried and answered any questions i had throughout the day. They were very detailed. Very happy!

We have been working with Harrington for 30 years. For our annual maintenance Nate come out and not only did a thorough inspection but also took the time to make some adjustments to our drain system which needed to be dug out and reset. He took his time to explain the process of the inspection and answered all of my questions. He even took care to cover his shoes as he came in and out of the house to not leave a mess. I will be sure to request Nate in the future.

Malak and Max did a nice installation of a 1.5 Ton Carrier heat pump system that Barry specked for us. Have used Harrington for about 20 years and have always had good service from them. Also had a 3 Ton Carrier installed they did a good job on. A good team.

Tony and Johnny did a great job installing our new Heat Pump. They were thorough and the installation went pretty quickly. I would recommend them and I would use them again. Before Tony and Johnny were here we saw Collin Eckfeld for Heat pump maintenance and to diagnose the issue with our 2nd floor unit. Collin was personable and professional. He set up the subsequent appointment that resulted in our new second floor unit today.

Harrington installed both my A/Cs almost 5 years ago and have continued to provide professional, efficient and reliable service ever since. Their technician, Marcus, recently serviced one of my units, and is an excellent example of their exemplary customer-service. He kept me informed of his progress every step of the way and advised how I can best keep my units working efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Recently, I contracted with Harrington Air Conditioning to install a new condenser/compressor unit and air handler in my home. Suffice it to say, this is a very expensive project, and a significant factor influencing the value of my home. So, I was quite nervous about moving forward with this project.

First, every time I had contact with Harrington - from my initial phone call to the final inspection - the employees were incredibly polite and courteous. To make an accurate assessment of the type of system needed and its specifications, Barry Creasy conducted a time-consuming, thorough inspection of my home. Then, he provided me with a detailed quote, listing three different options. Throughout the process, Barry was responsive and patient, neither pushy nor aggressive, helping earn my trust.

The two workers who did the actual installation were extremely polite and professional, addressing all of my questions, concerns and requests. These are people you can trust in your home. They worked very hard and I appreciate them very much.

In addition to the installation, there was a long-standing, vexing air-flow issue that needed to be corrected (as air was not properly flowing into my large living room and master bedroom, located towards the back of the home). Harrington addressed this issue, at no additional cost, which included moving two A/C ducts and vents that were incorrectly positioned during initial installation by a previous company. Harrington even patched a large hole in the upper-wall of my garage (per the attached picture), which I did not expect, but certainly appreciate.

Perhaps most important, Harrington did not require any payment, not even a modest down-payment, until the work was completed and I was completely satisfied. This is highly unusual, especially for such a pricey project.

To close, during the 25 years I have owned my home in N.E. St. Petersburg, numerous companies have worked on my A/C unit. Be assured, Harrington is the absolute best.
