Met these guys when a roofing company punctured one of the lines for my AC. Accidents happen and these were the guys that company worked with and I’m glad they were the ones that came. After they patched that up I had them come back and do some work I’d been putting off for a while and not only did they work through my best options with me they did the work extremely quickly. My dog also thought they were great and he’s a pretty good judge of character. Needless to say I’m going to be using Delta T any time I have an HVAC issue from now on.

I began searching for a company to replace my HVAC ductwork. I solicited estimates from 8 local companies after asking for recommendations from friends and on social media.

Of the 8 companies, two never responded, one did not show up for the estimate and I received five estimates. Of those five companies that came, Delta T was clearly the only choice.

Here is why…I know that I am a very demanding and needy customer so I have to choose right or it gets ugly.

Upon my inquiry for the estimates, Delta T was the first and the only company to be responsive on a Sunday. They arrived the next morning to provide the estimate and something was noticeably different. They took the time to examine the situation, evaluate the best course of repair and presented my options. It’s wasn’t just a quick look and quote.

Once they were hired they were on-time every day, worked all day, cleaned up after themselves and were very receptive to my many questions as the job was in progress. They were very inquisitive of and responded to my needs to ensure the job was correct and that it met my needs.

They were very engaging, polite and fun to be around. If you want a great company with great people, hire them.
