Was looking for a reliable ac company and the reviews and bbb looked good. This wasn't it, though. Calling about a non-working compressor in a residential unit, was told "I don't even know where that is." (on a numbered easy to find address) and then told "We're too busy." Oh, well. Your competition has a new customer.

24 Seven is great.. If you have a problem or need a new AC this is the company to use. I wish you could give 10 stars.. Customer Service, Polite, Caring etc etc.. thumbs up on all fronts... My AC is on its last leg and once we make it thru another hell of a summer I will have 24 seven Air Conditioning at my home installing a new one.. Richie really cares about his customers and will take care of you..

This literally just happened and I am so disappointed, I decided to leave a review. I left a vm for them because Our AC unit wouldn’t turn on and we have two small children in the house. The call back was incredibly quick, so i will give them points there. The owner of the company was the one who called me back and he walked me through how to fix it myself because he didn’t have anyone available to come assist. He sounded annoyed from the start and didnt let me get a full sentence in.
I appreciate the assistance free of cost, so I won’t act like that part wasnt valuable. However, when he was telling me what I needed to do to fix the actual problem, I tried asking several questions to clarify what he was saying and he kept telling me to stop and listen. I am not a child, I am a prospective client trying to HIRE him to fix something for me, so I should not be expected to understand every directive he gives me and I should be treated with RESPECT.
I asked him to let me get a word in and finish asking my question, to which he responded “do me a favor, go to youtube and search how to use a water vac to fix your AC, thanks” and hung up on me. I called him back and asked him if he thought it was a good business practice to hang up on people calling to ask for his professional assistance, to which he responded in a rant-like matter that he told me how to turn my AC on for free and was trying to tell me how to fix things myself and no one in the industry does that, that he was done and I was on my own. Hung up on me again.
Again, I absolutely appreciate that I was shown how to turn it on, but if I’m calling him its because I am willing to hire him for his work. The disrespect, poor attitude and terrible manners are unacceptable. No matter how much free advice is given. I wouldve gladly paid for someone to ACTUALLY come here and fix things for me if it meant not having to argue with a “professional” and begging to let me talk.
Sir, I see you take your time to respond to people who leave bad reviews, and your responses further support my assertion that you are disrespectful. Please know that I do not care for a response. You are who you are and a review won’t change that. Just know that respect goes a long way, and you should let prospective clients finish a damn sentence without cutting them off - even if you are busy and have no desire to be hired.

Richard was seemingly very sincere and helpful in assiting me with a temporary fix for my A/C unit during a phone call. Happy with that free and honest advice, I discussed a maintenance and inspection proposal for 3 units the next day.We agreed on pricing and I scheduled the service call. I specifically remember confirming over and over a price of $125 for "maintenance" and inspection.,.Sadly, he was deceptive on the phone, only to tell me during the actual service call that the price we agreed was for an inspection, not "maintenance." What is defined as maintenance? Cleaning coils, pipes, etc...Not good my friend. You must have Alzheimers. I would not take a day off for you to tell me my A/C uints need cleaning.I know that! That's what I called you for - to do maintenance on them MORON! Deceptive and typical of what I expect from many companies around here....all they try to do is rip you off! Bait and switch...nice trick with the free advice.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am very disappointed. I called on a Sun. The owner came out to spend 30 min to put a little gas in because he was too busy. That did not fix the problem, but when I called him back, he said he couldn't come back for 7 more days. He told me to call someone elst. He is very nice, but obviously can't give good custoemer service. Now I have to start finding someone else after 6 days. Very poor!

Holiday weekend A/C went out on Saturday night, called 24 Seven on Sunday morning, within an hour our A/C was fixed. Awesome service!!! Will definitely use as my go to A/C service. Quick, honest and reasonable prices, what more could you ask for.

Amazing service! Very professional and courteous staff that responded quickly to my request. I have a newborn in the house and frantically called around to see who I could have help me out the soonest and this company delivered.
