I had my entire AC unit replaced by Pembroke Pines Heating & Air Conditioning team last month. Everyone that I dealt with was so nice and professional. They helped us with picking out the perfect unit for our home. My family could not be happier with professionalism and workmanship that this company provided. Amazing work and customer service I recommend this company above all else. Great job guys!!

We have received exceptional care both during routine and emergency situations. And the modest cost of the twice-yearly maintenance visit is entirely justified.

Brian came out to service our HVAC system when our AC stopped working. He was knowledgeable and very friendly with our dog and our kids. He answered all of our questions and was able to track down the issue quickly and went out of his way to fix other poor workmanship from the previous repair man from a different company. He verified we were satisfied with the repair prior to leaving our house.

Great experience! This company was very responsive. Justin did a great job, was on time, professional, clean, and took the extra time to teach us about best practices for running the system efficiently. Will stay with this company as our Number one partner for our AC needs.

This company contracts other companies to do the work and don’t tell you. So work is over price since the work is done by a third party.. exp : AC cooling cleaning $850 I paid Unfortunately I had an emergency with my AC and had no other choice

The service was great. Very friendly employees, very GOOD proces and I have to mention that they were very prompt. They arrived exactly when they said they would, let us know when they were on their way, so we could prepare for their arrival, and explained every element of the service they'd be providing along the way.
