I called one A/c company out to fix my unit. But they told me it's not worth fixing. Wanted to replace it for $3,900. So, I tolled them, "I'll talk it over with my wife." Found these guy, "954-ac-medic" on Google business page. And they fixed it for under $400. Needless to say, I'm very happy I called them.

I was having Thanksgiving at my home this year and happened to learn my A/C was not cooling on this day. I called several air conditioning company's to come out to fix it, but no success. Finally, some one gave me a referral to call 954-A/C-MEDIC and they where here within 40 minutes and saved me and my family on this very special occasion. Thank you Mike, with 954 ac medic.💯👍

I received an email from Desi, who works for 954 A/C Medic, and I set an appointment for noon the following day. Desi called me at 8:10 am today, 3/8/22, thinking our appointment was at 10a ( no problem).

When I asked for a quote on the cost to check the AC, he got upset and told me close to $80 to check. He then mentioned gas is too expensive for him to be driving to inspect our AC unit for free. I never said the word free. I told Desi another AC company is charging me $49.99. He does not know companies give quotes all the time; that's a part of the business. Then he made a slick comment about having someone next door fix our AC. I said thank you I will not be doing business with you, and I hung up.

Desi texted me at 8:29 am to tell me that I was rude because I said I would not do business and hung up. Desi, the AC technician, needs customer service training; I had never experienced something like this before. Maybe he felt like I was a woman and treated me that way. Please see the screenshots.
