I can not believe the amazing service Omega Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning company offers. I have only called a hand full of times but each time they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Everyone has a great attitude, from the people who answer the phone to the man who delivered the service. Fantastic!!

I had an emergency on a holiday when no one was working. I called and got Jake who showed up as promised, diagnosed the issue in less than an hour and worked above and beyond to make sure that I understood what was happening and that my unit was fully functional. He tested everything and made sure the whole system is okay!

After several poor experiences with other HVAC businesses in the area, we tried this one. Prompt, professional, honest and they explained everything that needed to be done so that we could understand. We would hire them again.
