We were referred to this company by a friend, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are professional, efficient, and thorough. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit, and they called us right away to come out. They diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us options for fixing it. The price was fair considering how much time they spent on the project (1 hour). We've used them twice now and plan on doing so again in the future!

Called them to fix my air conditioner. I don't know why they haven't been called before, but they did an awesome job! They were quick and efficient, and my heating system is working like new again.

Once again these folks did a marvelous job. Our water heater went out and they were here the next morning. They had everything they needed to remove and install a new water heater taking the time necessary to make sure everything was to Code, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional and courteous. They always have a smile on their face, are really helpful, and work very hard. In the winter, my house is always cosy and toasty, and in the summer, I don't have to worry about it getting too hot.

They were honest and transparent about what needed to be done and provided recommendations that were appropriate rather than trying to offer more bells and whistles than we needed. Within 12 hrs they were back installing a new furnace.

My furnace went out and they bumped me to the top of the list, the weather was below freezing and they understood my concerns. I signed up for their membership so the visit was affordable. RedHead Heating & Cooling were just FANTASTIC!! The issue was diagnosed in no time, the parts were brought and fixed on the same day. I had a different HVAC companies diagnose the problem but they could not even figure out what was wrong, they were unfamiliar with my system, and told me it would be a complex and expensive fix, but when i came to RedHead Heating & Cooling, they sent their best specialist and solved the issue efficiently. I have been using RedHead Heating & Cooling remotely from another state to service a house that is for sale in Florida. They all have been extremely helpful and patient with us and even made repeat service calls within same day. The office staff and the field service have been great!

Very professional, fast, and reasonable charges. I wanted them to install me a new air conditioner. I called these guys and they came right over and were flexible with my schedule and did it right on time. My apartment is cool and ready for the sweaty heat of the spring and summer.
