Great customer service at the time. Carol is one of the best techs they have. Even did a few favors coming on the weekend multiple times to assist at my facility. Highly recommend Carol and Stryker for business and home repairs.

Kevin & Eddie performed my regular maintenance for our central a/c unit and did an excellent job. They were right on time, very friendly and left everything very clean. I also appreciated the courtesy call ahead from Jessica that they were on the way.

After 8 years with another company, decided to make a change. Great thing about Stryker is the fact that they are more than a A/C company. They installed a light and repaired a switch along with serving my A/c for spring. Nice when you don’t need to call two service companies. Great job Stryker, looking forward to a long relationship.

I was highly recommended to use Stryker by several friends at our gated community. I had recently lost my husband and they wanted to make sure i was getting good service. I know nothing about how house systems work, and of course my main a/c stopped working. A call to Stryket got action and Jak was over that aft. Jonathan came the next day to replace a part and sign me up with a service/maint contract. All was back to normal. I’m amazed by their promptness, their expertise and especially their customer service. I’m a satisfied customer knowing Stryker will be there for me.

I just called this company to get someone to come out for a quote. Although the representative over the phone was very nice and professional, I did not like that you have to leave your credit card info to secure an appointment. With all the scams going on, I do not feel comfortable giving my information unless I'm for sure moving forward with any maintenance.

I switched to Stryker after several terrible experiences with Engineered Air, LLC, which I initially used because the developer used them to install the 2 zones in my house. Jonathan did my initial service with Stryker a few months ago, and he was outstanding. He’s professional, on-time, extremely knowledgeable, and actually takes pride in his work (which seems to be rare in HVAC techs these days).

Today I needed a service call because of an electrical issue caused by Engineered Air, LLC when they originally installed the units for the developer. Jonathan came out again, within an hour or two of my non-urgent call, and he very quickly identified and fixed the problem. I am back up and running, and couldn't be happier with the service. I’d also like to mention that every time I’ve called Stryker I have dealt with Rebecca, who remembered me and delivers exceptional customer service. I highly recommend the company as a whole.

The office (Rebecca and Miriam)was helpful and polite in promptly scheduling my service call, making sure it met my needs. The service tech, Jonathan, called to let me know he was on the way. He was polite and professional, correcting the problem quickly and answering my questions. I would recommend Stryker for your ac and electrical needs.

Carl was the technician who worked on my system today. Explained what he was going to do and the estimated time. After completing the service he explained what he found, what service he performed and gave recommendations on what to keep my eye on and when the unit should be serviced again. Very professional
