Stryker Electric & Air

If you are looking for an honest a/c company then this is the company for you! They have been serving my a/c for about two years. Jonathan is the tech who usually comes out and he always takes his time to do the job right. He is also super nice. I have had some emergency calls and someone always calls back within 5 minutes and someone is always at my house within 2 hours.

I could go on and on but what really told me that this company cared was a positive experience I had today, 3/30/19. My a/c was turning on and not blowing air. Brady came out and replaced a bad fan motor. Unfortunately, an hour later no air was blowing again. I called and they sent him right on back to my house. Found out the new motor was bad from the factory which of course it not their fault. Bill Parks the service manager was with Brady, on a Saturday!! After they left I said to myself, now that is how to keep a customer happy! I am impressed and will absolutely tell others to use Stryker.

My a/c does need to be replaced so the only people that I will trust to do that is Stryker.

We had an emergency call late at night where we lost power. Jessica was super helpful, informative,
and kind in helping us walk through the process needed to get our family safe and in the right direction for repair. They sent out two gentlemen John and Mario. Both very professional and friendly. Jessica even came out to our location to bring more supplies and to check on my family. They all went above and beyond to help my family on a weekend. This company really cares for people and it shows with there egarness to help. You don't see this kind of service anymore. Thank you!!

Chris just left around 11:00 p.m. on a Sunday night, he tried to help me out over the phone around 6 and we couldn't resolve the problem he came over on a Sunday night for over an hour and was very curious and professional in everything we needed done to our Goodman air conditioning unit which Stryker installed back in December. I also live in Vero Beach and he didn't mind coming up all this way to take care of the problem, which I most appreciate

These guys are great. Spoke with Johann for a service call 48 hours before the hurricane came. He was able to dispatch a service man who fixed the capacitor issue and had us running with A/C. The office called for cc info and everyone was so professional and nice. Highly recommend!!
