Rondell is an amazing technician who took his time to maintenance our AC today. He explained his work thoroughly before he begin and by the time you know it it was all done! Our AC works beautifully His work was exceptionally clean and spotless when he was done. Cold Wall company is very honest, and trustworthy!!Outstanding service and knowledge:) very satisfied..

I called this morning right when they opened and talked to Cherine. She was very professional and responsive. She called me right back and told me they could get someone out to our house today and explained the service fee. RonDale arrived around 12:45pm and fixed our problem within 15 min. of being there. He was the main reason I called this company because his name was mentioned numerous times in other google reviews. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. This team is top notch and I will be calling them for any future AC repairs. Thank you for all of your help today!

man let me tell you, I highly recommend this company, They sent Rondell out here yesterday because me and my wife wanted a second opinion on our AC issues. Not only did he diagnose it and thoroughly checked our system, he told us exactly what needed to be done, provided us photos of the problems, explained everything exceptionally, our warranty company sent a different company out today, and confirmed Everything that Rondell told us almost word for word. I have to thank them for diagnosing our issue properly and giving us knowledge on how to go about getting it fixed. The previous company who came out b4 cold wall basically were trying to get us to keep putting freon in our system ( United Air Temp).
But Cold Wall gave us the best experience I have had with any company in a long time. I will definitely use them in the future. There reviews are legit, and they actually care about the customer, and making sure you are satisfied with their work, even the customer service was flawless and fast. He literally came out the same day we called. Amazing!!!!!!!.

From start to finish everything was great! This company is full of friendly faces and have great customer service skills by far. Everything was efficient and our AC works great from what we had. The technician provided tips and tricks on how to make sure the AC reaches all areas of the house and made sure everything was working properly and the house was cooling down before they left. Thank you for fixing our AC we appreciate it!

We contacted the company about servicing our A.C. as it was making a foreign noise. They sent out a technician who was friendly, professional and very informative. He worked without issue, even though it started to rain on the poor guy. He was unable to fix the problem on his initial visit (we needed a new motor) but came back the very next day. He worked efficiently and checked to ensure there were no other issues. He gave us tips on how to properly maintain the unit and gave us recommendations on changing filters,cleaning air ducts etc. The service was impeccable and I am completely satisfied with the work!!! A.C. is an absolute necessity in Florida and I can't thank Cold Wall enough for their work.

Mr. Rodale is a very dependable & proficient technician. I called the previous evening about my A/C problem & he returned the call promptly & appointment made for the next day. He is very professional & knowledgeable about his work. Does not mind you asking questions & he takes the time out to explain your A/C problems. My AC had serious issues. The temp fix was freon, but it required serious maintenance. Initially the maintenance included a recharge of freon since this was most likely going to be lost during the maintenance, but when he completed the maintenance he was able to do so without evacuating the freon. He could have pocketed the difference, but instead refunded that amount. This sort of honesty in business is something you can't put a price on. I hope I never have to have my AC repaired again, but if i do, I will go to them first. They have earned my business.

I put in a request for a technician to come look at our A/C when it stopped working on a holiday weekend, fully expecting there would be no hope of an answer until Monday. Just a bit later the same day, I got a call to schedule a visit from Cheryna who walked me through what to expect and the costs of the evaluation up front as well as their procedures for COVID. Rondell came out this morning (fully masked and observing social distancing guidelines), figured out and resolved the issue immediately and continued to evaluate the entire unit to make sure there weren't additional concerns. He even found another way to make the (very very old) unit run more efficiently and walked me through ways to better maintain it to prolong it's life. Because it's an older unit, he also provided me with more information on what replacement options would be down the road so I can start budgeting appropriately.
I can't say enough about how grateful I am for the extra time he took to help teach a new homeowner about what to look for and expect and will be scheduling all of my annual services with Cold Wall in the future!

Rondell came out the next morning to fix the problem I was having with my upstairs unit. He was fast, courteous and took the time to let me know exactly what he was doing.
