AB Cool And Heat

I called AB Cool & Heat about a month ago because my system was not blowing cold. Technician Naron came out and serviced my unit. He was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and why, because I had a lot of questions. I would use/recommend AC Cool & Heat for future AC services.

We had a great experience with this company..we had a new system installed with them..Brian was very informative when he came to our home to discuss our options. We felt very comfortable after speaking with him. We did not feel pressure and we knew this was the company we wanted to use. Brian and his crew were very efficient ,,they were here when they said and got the job done quickly ..and explained everything and took time with us ,,we can’t say enough good and would highly recommend them . Naaron did such a good job in a timely manner. He was very professional and personable during the repair. He was very knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was talking about. He repaired my AC efficiently! Please recognize good work ethic like his because it is hard to find! Great great employee!!!!

This company will absolutely destroy your property during their installation and threaten you with a lawsuit for filing a negative review to try to bully you into either removing the bad review or editing it. The owner even called me and told me to remove my bad review or he would make "bad things" happen to me and my pregnant wife. I'm assuming he meant legally, but he didn't specify. Either way, that is not how you run a business or treat your customers especially after YOU are the ones who messed up.

These guys did a terrible job on my house, tried to change the price multiple times during the job, and made so many mistakes during install. They refused to stand by their work and even threatened me with legal action for posting a bad Facebook review and issuing a complaint with the BBB. Worst experience I have ever had with a contractor.

Just used ABCool to replace my upstairs unit, sent them to my Mothers home to replace her unit, and currently using them to for the unit in our remodel. It has a been a pleasure working with Mr. Wooden and his team! Brian and Mr. Smith are very timely and professional. I tend to ask quite a few questions which were answer quickly and in detail. We even had "an operator error" with our thermostat that they quickly came out to resolve, took the time to educate us on use, all at no charge. I thought their service level alone was worth taking a moment to write a review!

I was in need of replacing our upstairs air conditioning unit. I had some quotes from local contractors and saw ABCool's ad in the newspaper, I called and made a appointment for a estimate. Mannie came and looked at our systems and sent us a estimate. ABCool's price was reasonable and better than any of the other estimates we received. Mannie was able to get us financing for a second unit. We scheduled a date and ABCool's Brian and his team came and installed both upstairs and downstairs systems in one day. We are extremely pleased with the new Trane air conditioner systems ABCool installed for us and are looking forward to many years of comfort and lower power bills!

Outstanding...OUTSTANDING - OUTSTANDING Company. Everyone from the owner, Mr. Whooten, To Brain who installed the new Trane system was so professional. They do great work, are honest, prompt and dependable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of AC Repair.

My system went out and I needed help asap.
I called ABCOOL and they came out quickly . There service tech Brian was able to figure out the problem and fix it in no time. My a/c was working great.
