I called first thing in the morning when our A/C went out the night before, and an actual person answered the phone. Carter came out within two hours, located the issue, and repaired it. He also did maintenance on both of our systems, and is very reasonably priced. He took pictures and explained everything he was doing, and gave us pointers on how to maintain the system to save on costly repairs in the future. I will continue to use Clear Comfort for my HVAC needs.
