Clear Comfort is amazing! I got in contact with Carter because my AC stopped cooling, and he was at my house within 2 hours! He was so responsive and empathized with the urgency of my situation as I have two babies that were having trouble sleeping in the heat. He showed up, diagnosed the issue, and gave us 3 reasonable options with very clear explanation. We ended up going with the option to install a new AC unit, as ours was already 11 years old and at the end of its lifespan. THE NEXT DAY, Carter delivered the new unit! He and his team came and installed it. Their service is professional, prices are great, and you can just tell that this company has integrity. Very pleased!
