Carter came out a few hours after we called in about our faulty A/C. He prepared an estimate, ordered parts and came back on the next day (a Saturday) to resolve our problem. Professional and courteous, recommended.

I chose to do a new installation of the air conditioning system with Clear Comfort and it was the best choice I could have made. The price for the unit was the best I got on the market. All thanks to Carter, from the first moment he was very courteous and explained every detail with kindness and professionalism. The work was done punctually, in less than 24 hours he did the installation. People like Carter are the one you recommends to friends and family. It was such a delight to have come across Clear Comfort. When I spoke with Carter he was very courteous, on time and very sincere. I called him on Sunday and he showed up a few hours later, took care of the leak on the roof due to clogged pipes from the AC units and ensured it being functional and ensured flow switches are operational. I will definitely be calling him again for maintenance of the AC unit. It’s very hard to find people who are good, not money hungry, and have your best interest at heart. Thank you Carter.

I’m always so nervous with AC repairs cause we can’t live without them I expect to be scammed in some way. But not this place or Carter. He called me when he was an hour away. Asked me if the price of what he needed to do was ok. Called me when finished and explained what was needed etc. since only my son was present at home. Carter came to my house on a Sunday within 2 hrs of calling him. He was very knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy. My unit is old and needed special free on that is very hard to find but Carter had it and charged me almost half of what I was expecting. This is a hard working god loving family man he’s the guy you should call for any AC repairs or installations. Thank you Carter!

AC went out Saturday evening and Carter was there in 30 minutes diagnosed the issue and got my AC back on. Really needed a new unit and he walked me through the options and helped me pick the right one for me. He was back a few days later and had the install done quickly. Overall I was very happy.
