Frank was awesome! Very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed and why. Had pics and videos to show. Very detail oriented and I will be requesting him for my maintenance.

I called AND Services when my air conditioning stopped working. The call center guy made me laugh which defused a stressful situation. Frank came out and was absolutely delightful. He knew what he was doing and quickly found the problem and fixed it. He made other, preventative suggestions which were reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

My AC stopped working and Frank gave me options to repair it and clean it or replace it. I’ve had HVAC contractors talk to me for years about uv lights, but they were never included in an install like here which really caught my attention. He told me the repairs couldn’t be warrantied like a new unit and the price wasn’t too far apart so I went with the replacement. Very pleasant company to work with. They have amazing warranties included. I will definitely recommend them.

The service by Frank was excellent, he was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Gave great advice and service. I highly recommend this company for any AC repairs or preventive maintenance services that you may need.

The tech (Wes?) that inspected our old unit was very friendly and showed us pics of the issues as well as explained the repair vs replace options. He didn’t pressure us at all. Gio was our tech that installed our new AC unit. He was early and he communicated thru the whole install. After install, he explained how the system worked and walked me thru both inside and outside unit. He explained there was the heating element that was on back order and they’d have to come aback to install later. Otherwise, He made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions. Later for the heater element, my husband and I called several times to get update of that completion. We were told numerous times someone would call us back - but that didn’t happen. UNTIL I got thru to Jonathan! HE got my issue resolved same day. He said he’d call back - and he did! Top notch employee! Lack of communication is a pet peeve of mine, and Jonathan - he did not disappoint! Gio did come back out after Jonathan’s superb follow-thru, and installed the heater element but still has to come back for a breaker replacement. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this business for your AC needs - however - some lack communication skills after job is done. But if you get thru to Jonathan - he’ll make sure you are taken care of!!!! Gio is also too notch tech!

Frank came and quickly identified the issue we were having with our AC. He was very kind and got the AC fixed and working well. I would definitely recommend AND services and Frank!

I don't know anything about AC but I do know when it was not turning on lol. Technician Carlos came by and even though me and the wife got it to work just before he arrived he did a courtesy check. Not only was he able to educate us on things we had no idea off with Air condition, he went over some electrical things too. Finding the right company is hard enough but its was an answered prayer when someone who genuinely cares about their job and is and excellent people person. He even offered some great packages I didn't know where available. I dont normally comment but its not often when service is this good. Thanks Carlos. Highly recommend.
