I Called 24h air service one evening when my A/C suddenly stopped working. They responded quickly on the phone and told me someone would show up in about 1h. A little over an hour later, the technician, Chemen, came in and identified quickly what was wrong and fixed the problem within 20 min. Service was great but pricey that's why I docked one star. However, I did not know anyone else who would respond to my issue the same night and fix it.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Our A/C unit (located on the 2nd floor) was leaking water through the floor and it was dripping from the ceiling of our first floor bathroom. Did a quick google search for a 24 hour A/C service since this started happening on a Sunday. Really regretting not checking the reviews of this HORRENDOUS company first.

Called them around 11:30 AM and they gave us a 2:30-3:30 window for the tech to arrive. 3:30 goes by, 3:45, 4:00 and I finally call them back to see where this tech is. She gives me some story about how this tech wasn't actually supposed to work today but they keep extending his day. Ok...not my problem, what time will he be here. She couldn't give me a time but said he was "finishing up" at his current job. 5pm rolls around and still no tech, no call, nothing. I call them back 3 times and no one picks up. I had my wife call from her cell phone and they picked up RIGHT AWAY. She tells my wife that he is still at his other appointment and she can't give a time he will arrive because she doesn't want to be wrong. At 6pm we called again and got someone else, we believe they started to have the phone number forwarded to someone on a cell phone. He was much more helpful and had the tech call us. He said he was 21 minutes away.

THE TECH FINALLY SHOWED UP AT 6:37 - our original window was 2:30-3:30.

He takes a look at the unit and "thinks it may be a crack" in a certain part. But to diagnose it/take apart the machine, it would cost $300. Fine. After he takes apart everything, he confirms that HE DOESN'T HAVE THE PART TO FIX IT. So instead of saying "I think the problem is 'x' but if it is, I don't have the part", he made sure he got to charge me first.

So he says he will come back tomorrow between 11-12.

Basically went through the same issues the next day. They did call and say he would be late, but couldn't say how late. After 4 calls from me with no time frame given, we told them to forget it. I got another company out within the hour.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEIVES!! They are NOT 24 hours, that a bunch of B.S. AND they have rating of F by the BBB!! I hired these idiot company to help with my A/C in my home. They sent a tech over ONCE who did NOT fix the problem. They "CLAIM" they have a 30 day warranty on their work for which they didn't honor. EVERY TIME I called I called rude staff members who said no one was available and claimed that they problem was something else without anyone even coming out to check the issue. my 2 year old son and I were left in 94 degree temps indoor with 110 degree heat index outside and they did nothing to fix the problem, but hang up, give unprofessional attitudes and took attempted to take money out of my account that was NOT authorized! They should not continue to be in business and seeking hire authorities by the State Dept to file a formal complaint. Due to their negligence and shady business services, I had to change my account number and NEVER got my A/C fixed for which we had to move because the conditions in our home were simply unlivable. I had dispatchers yelling at me and telling me denying any wrong doing, even after having two techs out, THREE TIMES and never fixed problem and NEVER were available after 6pm. they are garbage company only seeking $$. don't let the silly auto message full you, when you speak to real person, prepared to be disrespected, and have NOT have your problem fixed while they try to take more of your money and authorize payments when not permitted. DISGUSTING. Know what who you are dealing with. A TRASH COMPANY FULL OF LIES. They left me and 2 year old son in stifling heat and could care less after their techs screwed up and the 30 day warranty is a JOKE. they are theives, liars and unprofessional second hand staff that are hired that do not honor any of the B.S. service claims they make online. BE WARNED!!!

TOTAL RIP-OFFFFFF !!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The technician lied to me that my AC needs freon and that the thermostat needed to be changed. None of these were the issues with my unit. Instead my unit needed nothing but a clean up. They charged me $700 for freon, they put a temporary thermostat and they said they will come and put the correct one. Guess what? THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I call them and they are no help. Once I knew I am calling to complain, they leave me on hold. Absolutely DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.... A TOTAL RIPPPP OOFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!

I want to take time to say how good Mike the service tech handled all aspects of my new A/C installation. He was clean, courteous and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable about A/C's in general and could relate to me in layman's terms. Mike coordinated all the work needed with a tech helping him so as to make the installation go smoothly. I believe Mike is a valuable asset to this corporation and should be used more in customer relations where he shines. Thank you Mike....... Stan Repa

Got a phone call from Emily stating they had an invoice for $75 from 18 months ago that wasn't paid. She stated she had taken over the accounting "MESS" and was trying to straighten it out and that my account was unpaid. I told her she was incorrect, but to go ahead and send me the documents to review. 2 hours later they went ahead and charged my card which had been kept on file since the original appointment WITHOUT my authorization. Not even sure this is legal. Had to cancel card and have credit card fight them. Shady business practices!!!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! We had FOUR different techs come twice a day for about 4 hours each visit and still don’t have a working unit. They never returned a phone call, they never followed up with the parts that we needed, and when we inquired they gave us multiple options because they obviously don’t know how to fix the system..

As usual our 14 year old a/c went out without warning at about 6pm. My wife has regular hot flashes and was not looking forward to surgical recovery in a hot house. We called 3 dealers, and only 24 hour called back. The tech Chemeu came at midnight and left at 2. Found a blown fuse in air handler i would never have found. Price was very fair with no upcharge for late call. Thanks.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. The Dispatch operators are very unprofessional and don't know what their doing. They never give you times as when the technicians will show up. I had my whole AC unit replaced which took two days and it's now broken before I have even made my first payment. UNPROFESSIONAL and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE every step of the way

We called them to come out and fix our a/c because it was not cooling. The gentleman that came out (Chemen) said it needed to be cleaned. After an hour he said there was a part that was bent that needed to be repaired and $600+ later we had to call another a/c company who stated that the work the gentleman said was needed was not required.

DO NOT USE THEM... EXPENSIVE and they don't return your call after they've burned you for $$$.
