I recently acquired 24 hour air service for my home and the technician was approximately on time, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Not only was the technician's work great, but they have an outstanding customer service and the prices are reasonable. This was the first time I have used 24 air hour and I believe they are the best in the area with satisfying workmanship. I highly recommend their service and looking forward to a long term relationship with the company.

The first thing I asked when I called on a Sunday morning was if they charged extra for weekends. I was told several times no they did not. I was then told someone would be there within the hour. Total bait and switch it took over five hours for them to arrive. It was simply a matter of changing a fuse which took about 5 to 10 minutes and I was charged $75 for the trip and then it was going to be an up charge for that weekend. The technician was very nice and when I complained he called his supervisor and they did charge me the weekday rate. To replace a fuse it still came to $347. They were not truthful in the amount of time it would take to get someone there, and they were not truthful about the rates. Jason the technician was a nice young man however that still did not overcome the price and The fact it took them to get five hours here not be there in an hour

I came home last night to a hot house on a summer night in Florida. I called 24 Hour Service after 10 o'clock the dispatcher was very polite and very helpful. She told me she would try to have someone come out that night but if not first thing in the morning. She called me about an hour later and said a technician was on his way. Carlton arrived soon after that. He was very nice and fixed our problem. It wasn't a very cheap fix but for him to come out late on a Friday night so my family could get a good night's sleep it was well worth it. Thanks Carlton. And thanks to the dispatcher. I don't remember her name but she was so pleasant and she kept in touch with me. Thanks 24 Hour Air Service.

I wish I could give this company -1 star because this is by far THE WORST service I have ever received! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT hire this company for anything! Unfortunately, I've had this company come out too many times for the same issue that still is NOT FIXED. Let me list the reasons why you should not hire this so called company:

1. The scheduling is absolute garbage. They tell you that they will be there within a time frame and/or a specific hour and they either do not show or arrive hours (2+) late. No courtesy calls from dispatch or the technician on their ETA.

2. Dispatch/operators seems to have no clue what they are doing or how to do their job when you call. When you call to see what is going on or to get a status, the dispatchers are rude and have attitude.

3. When I was clearly upset with them for not showing on time without a courtesy call, after them rescheduling for "running behind", I requested to speak with a manager. I then had to call back 3 times after that to get the manager to call me back. Two and a half hours after the tech was supposed to be there (not a typo), the "manager" finally calls me back. After going off on her for their terrible customer service, I asked when the tech was coming, she said he wouldn't be able to come out that night. Thanks for making me waste 3 hours for nothing.

4. Even their techs have no idea what they were doing. The main issue with my air conditioning was a coolant leak. They came out multiple times, stating that they "found and fixed the leak". Obviously that did not happen. On one occasion, they were supposed to send out a tech with the proper equipment to run a leak check. When the tech arrived, 2 hours late, he came without the equipment to run the check. I asked him, "so you came out here for nothing?". He said, "pretty much".

To sum up this horrible experience, the issue is still not fixed after spending over $2,000 in replaced equipment. We had to hire another company that is replacing everything that 24 Hour Air Service supposedly replaced/fixed. I kid you not that these are all actual events. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO WATCH PAINT DRY!

What a horrible company BEWARE!! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had to edit this to show the true HORROR we have endured. Please please take the time to read this. About 3 weeks ago our home was struck by lightning and took out our AC. We paid this company to come and look to see what was wrong. They "fixed" our system and I'm being generous here. Come to find out today they didn't even bother to look and see that our duct system had a huge hole in it so after all this time and an enormous electric bill a real company figured this out. Here's a timeline of the despicable service we have received since then (we called them after 3 weeks because the system wasn't working again).
-Tuesday night I heard funny noises so we placed a service call. They said they would be there Wednesday after 11am.
-Wednesday- After numerous phone calls ALL day long, they kept on promising us that they were on the way. They showed up at 8:30 pm while I sat waiting in the 90 degree house all day. The tech didn't have the parts so.... they said to call the next morning to schedule.
-Thursday- A service call was placed and they gave a window between 10am-1:30pm. 2 comes around and I call and it was excuses. They said they would be on the way. This kept on happening until they finally showed up at 9:30pm while I sat waiting in a 90 degree house all day again. The tech who came out was not certified to even do the job. My pets were suffering and around 1am I had to leave and go to a hotel. They promised that they would be there the next day between 8am-9am.
-Friday- They call and say the tech slept in because of the late night and was going to be late. They showed up at 11am and finally "fixed" the system.
-Saturday (today)- the house is reading 80 degrees and the AC is on. I call this company again and they pretend that I called the wrong number because they didn't want to deal with me anymore. We finally had a reputable AC company come (with in an hour) and they explained everything that this company did wrong and didn't even bother to look at!! Who does this?? They should have their license taken away.
The customer service is horrible. All they do is defend, fight, and argue. They also blame the customers and blamed me for it and I don't even know why, I dont fix AC units. When I asked the rep if they read the reviews online and seen how bad they are, I was advised that customers lie. I have all of these conversations recorded to prove their unethical business practices. I hope this helps 1 person from suffering the misery that this company will give to you if you are a customer.

Paid them to install a new unit which was improperly installed and it leaked 3 weeks after install. They come back out which should be under warranty and charged me another $400 to add freon, a service call etc. 3 weeks after that leaks again so I called someone else who said they should have never tried to solder new copper to old copper. Everyone that comes out wants $800 to do a leak test plus service call, drain freon, repair. All estimates at around $1500 plus. A/c still not working. Only afterwards did I find out, 24 air has an F rating so not like all of us are lying. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Our air conditioning went out at 8 AM on a Sunday morning and of course it was predicted to be a scorcher; mid to high 90's. I called all the companies I could find who offered 7 day a week service and was able to get 24 Hour Air to come out. The technician, Mike, was super knowledgeable and courteous and did a terrific job. We had cold air by noon and I could not have been more pleased with the service.

I used 24 Hour Air several times to service my old AC, and once for the installation of a mini-split system. On each occaison, the price was fair and the service excellent. The staff and techs worked with me to provide any info I asked for, fair evaluations of problems and options, and accurate estimates on all work. Both systems are still working great!

Let me begin by mentioning that I was referred to this company from my employer management group who strongly suggested to use this company especially for the long run due to their company commitment to their customers. I realized when I first contacted this company over the phone how understanding they are and how compelling they were to work with me and around my schedule. I researched this company and their fully certified by all government affiliated agencies. Their workers are very professional and eager to work on any level of difficulty situations. Once I spoke with the office representative, an on-call AC Technician Specialist reached out to me to confirm their appointment. The Technician arrived to my home a little earlier than expected but he did let me know where and how long it would of taken him to arrive. Once he arrived he treated me with an unparalleled level of respect and confidence towards situation. While the Technician was beginning to gather his equipment in order to proceeded with his diagnostic testing towards my AC unit, I keenly took notice to how he kept his work van and equipment all in order and in-tack to present a organizational skillset within himself, yet alone the company he represented. He was very kind, knowledgable about his calculations and respectful while in and out of my home particularly for cleaning his shoes before entering my home. That is a big deal for me whenever I seek service representatives to enter my home. I was very satisfied with his level of respect towards my home. Finally, once the Technician was finished he presented me with the bill which was fully detailed to each service that was performed at my home that day. Along with any prominent recommendations I could consider. I did not have one single issue or any plausible concerns with the service the Technician provided to me for my AC unit, yet alone I did not experience any negative concerns or issues from within the AC company he represented too. THIS company has supplied me with the highest level of confidence when seeking AC care. I WILL continue doing business with this company and I WILL recommend this company to as much people/businesses as much as possible. Their prices are very reasonable, their full of respect and knowledable expertise and their service times are unbeatable. Thank you 24 Hour Air Service for your good job.

I was very pleased with the quality of service given by 24HR Air conditioning service INC. The customer service was phenomenal. They dealt with my questions professionally, took the time to listen, and made me feel comfortable doing business with them.The technicians who installed my system were quite relstional and very versed in the installation of the system. I will certainly recommend this company to any person or business without any hesitation.
