Max-Air Heating & Air Conditioning

First of all thank God for MAX-AIR! If you want to call on someone you can trust other than JESUS...Call MAX-AIR...Our air conditioner was leaking water because we had a clogged condensate drain line. Prior to calling MAX=AIR we had another company to come out to tell us that we needed to spend $6,700 on a whole new unit. My neighbor across the street from us referred this company and they were told the same thing as us that they would need to buy a new air conditioner and they could offer both of us a deal if we installed at the same time. They arrived and they just looked at it and didn't do anything but bill us and told us they were offering both of us a great deal. I'm not mentioning their name because I will post a review on their website. MAX-AIR sent out a young man by the name of DJ... he was friendly, professional, courteous and happy to do his job.(WOW!) My husband and I are on a fixed income and it would have been hard on us to pay and additional bill right now...that's why I'm Praising God for MAX-AIR. The service charge was more than reasonable!! I'm praying this company will continue to be blessed with prosperity and an abundance of new customers. It's hard find a good company that's not trying to rip you off and who have employees who want to be of service to you.👍👏 I say thank you MAX-AIR (DJ) and thank GOD!

My 16 year old AC unit stopped working. Due to the cost of the repair I opted to replace the unit. Max Air installed it in about 4 hours and even built a cover between the ac unit and the house to protect the ducts which is above and beyond what I expected. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Max Air is my new long term AC company for any problems. I highly recommend.

Max Air has been servicing our system for years. They are honest and reliable and never pressure you to buy a new system even though we need one. Technician Darrell was very nice and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Max-Air installed our new air conditioning system and we could not be happier. The entire crew worked hard and had the new unit installed in several hours. Every person we came in contact with was excellent in every way. Most importantly, the system passed inspection with flying colors and has been working amazing! We have not had one problem with the unit and have been enjoying the cool air in this hot summer. We chose Max-Air because the owner Dennis has done work for us and other family members over the years and has always been honest and provided excellent service. Chris was very professional and courteous. He charged me only for the routine maintenance and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. My neighbor referred Max Air to me and I'm glad she did. If ever asked, "Do you know a good heating and air conditioning company?" I would recommend Max-Air with confidence. I like explanations why and what I need repaired. VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIANCE....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY--- they are RUDE, DISHOUNEST, TERIIBLE SERVICE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. This company has two very young unprofessional technician with no experience. They even could not perform a annual maintenance job correctly... came out twice and could not fix the leak. They diagnose based on TRIEL and ERROR. THERE ARE HANEFULL OF AC/HEATING AND 5 STARS COOLING COMPANYES IN OCALA WITH MUCH HIGHER REVIEWS ....Mary B.

I cannot say enough about Dennis and his wife, the owners. I called on this company several times, often with short notice, to attend to my late mother's old air conditioner. They we're reasonable in price, compassionat and trust-worthy. We later purchased a new unit from them, again they worked with our schedule and budget.

We have used Max Air for the last 6 years. It is a small family owned business and has always been on time and efficient. On 2/28 Henry and DJ came to our house because my old heat pump was dead. Once they found the problem it was easy to determine we needed a new heat pump. After the discussion as what to purchase we were told the unit could be installed on 3/1 at 1pm. At 1 pm Dennis the owner rolled up with the new equipment and had it installed in a few hours. We have always found the company to be very honest in dealing with us. We have recommended them to our friends and relatives, everyone is satisfied with their service.

The AC and all off the equipment where installed in 2017. Now because my electric bill is 20-30% higher with a new 19 seer ac then it was with my 20 year old 12 seer. I started looking around and when I opened the attic it was cool from AC blowing in my attic. I have just recovered from Chemo and surgery from cancer and can not go in the attic. I live with my 70 year old disabled mother and she also can not go in the attic. I have had them here 3 times now and still not fixed. The owner argues and says it is our fault. I am at a loss now. Not sure how much time and money I have wasted with this company. What used to be a 300 dollar August bill is now 500. Now I have to call another company to clean up Max-Air's mess.
