Daniel came out the same morning I called in when my AC went out. The day was very hot and muggy. He was awesome, what a relief to have a company that I can count on to keep me cool during the dog days of summer! I have used Max Air for 9 years and have always been very happy!

Daniel came out today after a drip pan overflow in my attic. He checked the drain line, coils and ran full diagnostics. He was very professional, kind and efficient
Max Air has been my go to since about 2007.
I have an old unit which is still running due to their services. They do their best to fix the issue for reasonable costs and never have tried to sell me on something I don't need.

My experience was awesome! From the first phone call until all repairs were complete - hard to find this nowadays. The person who answered the phone I believe was Christina - she was wonderful! The two young men, DJ and Daniel, who responded were super knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend for any AC needs! I don't ever leave reviews however this experience was just to great to not leave a review! Good business and hard work should be always be noted!

I had a furnace/a/c tune up scheduled with Max-Air. The Tech who showed up was Daniel. Daniel was wonderful to work with. He was professional, friendly, efficient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am a retired Corporate Trainer and Manager and taught Customer Service for years. Daniel is a shining example of excellent Customer Service and he is a great representative for Max-Air. I will definitely be using this company again when the need arises.

I have been using this company for 6 years or longer. I have them come out twice a year to check my AC which is older. They are reliable, reasonable and they do not advertise because they don't need to. I've had two other companies prior to them and will never use any other company for my AC including to replace it when the time comes other than this company. Very very happy customer.

They are as good as it gets. They don't try to oversell you and they are very thorough in their work. It would be great if all other businesses could do as well. They are very prompt in every detail. It is comforting to be a customer for their services. No worries ever. Thank you for everything.

We had a new Amana central A/C and air handler installed two years ago. The service and installation was outstanding, the technicians were very professional. We have had no problems with the system. I definitely recommend using Max-Air. They will have my business if I ever need any work done

We came home from dinner during an intense storm and found that we had lost power. When power was restored, the AC breaker tripped and would not reset. I dreaded the idea of having to replace/repair my AC for the third time in our home. Our original unit that came with our home required servicing every single summer. 9 years ago, we completely replaced it with a 13-SEER unit. The business that did the work no longer services Ocala, so I was faced with finding a new company. If you’re reading this, I was you in June 2020, so we had the bonus of doing this during a pandemic. There is never a good time for AC to go out, but mid-June during a pandemic is definitely not optimal. Cody came out. He was professional. He is very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot and target the issue quickly. Even though my unit was a different manufacturer, he proactively called two contacts to explore all options for repair. He was very to the point in explaining my options: 9 year unit with a damaged part that was out of warranty -or- consider a new unit installation. He was thorough in his explanation of the replacement/repair of our unit. He stated that it was important to him that he wanted to set realistic expectations. I found Cody to be sincere and honest. When I asked about complete replacement he was equally prepared to discuss my options. Max-Air sends their people out with binders that have “tiered packages”. It’s very straight forward. I wrote down a few of them to do my research. I chose an Amana unit both because of Codys expertise. One of the factors that influenced my decision was Cody’s explanation on how Amana handles warranties and parts. He gave multiple examples on how different manufacturers handle the warranties in relationship to parts. He explained it from his perspective and the benefits it has on the customer. The unit I chose was one of the higher end packages, which required it to be sent from Texas. So my install was delayed an additional day but one must consider this was during a pandemic. Because of that extra day, I was able to do further research on smart thermostats. My package included an upgraded thermostat, but having now researched all the smart thermostat offerings I called them the following day. Max-Air was very thorough in explaining their experiences with multiple brands and why they chose Emerson’s Sensi. At the time of my purchase Emerson had a promotion on their Sensi Touch Wifi. I ordered it online after business hours and called Max-Air the next day. They confirmed the Sensi touch would work with my unit and even credited me back the cost of the Thermostat in my package. I really appreciated that they were always available to take my call and answer my questions and also flexible in crediting me back for the thermostat. Installation day was flawless. They showed up when they said they would and it was a TEAM that showed up. The entire team was very friendly and cordial, but also no-nonsense and got down to business. They all had a role and they each got to work on their respective tasks. I was impressed with both their work ethic AND the craftsmanship. All of them were very interested in my upgraded thermostat and it’s features. When the installation was completed you couldn’t tell they had even been there. They were as diligent at cleanup and removal as they were with the installation. No one wants to have a large, unexpected cost like an AC unit replacement but Max-Air made the process less painful. In the end I purchased a higher end unit that came with a higher end price. That said, I believe that the service and professionalism of Max-Air is as important as the hardware that was installed. I now feel I have a trusted relationship with a local company that was thorough in their process and had my best interest in mind.
