David arrived promptly to address our emergency call at night and resolved our A/C malfunction quickly. My husband is a disabled veteran with COPD so he needs to be in an air conditioned environment. We are very happy with David’s prompt response to our urgent call and his professionalism. We highly recommend him.

Originally, I was fairly satisfied. Now I realize I was grossly overcharged, and the system that was put in has had many issues. To be fair, their technicians David and David are both great and very honest guys. They did what they could, but ultimately, the blame falls on the salesman and the installers. The owner seems somewhat reasonable, but I'm still not happy about overpaying by several thousand dollars for a system that has had many issues in such a short time.

David was very professional, courteous. Upon arriving, he immediately started troubleshooting to determine what the problem was with my AC unit. Once he determined the problem, he proceeded to repair. Once the repairs was completed, he explained how to maintain the unit.

David the service technician was courteous and efficient. He installed a few upgrades to my central ac and heating system. Was done quite quickly. I have had nothing but good luck doing business with All Star I highly recommend them. Thanks.

This company was a third times a charm company. Two companies came out tried to convince me it was normal for my AC to run 24x7 while my house continued to heat up. Team from all start came out and diagnosed a failing compressor in less than an hour. They provided me a lot of options. I was so impressed I just hired them to replace all three systems. They did It quickly, with a high level of skill, and were friendly. 5 stars is a conservative number. Great team at All Star!

Mr. Thomas was my technician. He came out gave Me a through inspection of my system and gave me the best recommendations for my situation. He worked with my budget and was even able to save some cost for us. We had an awesome experience and would recommend them to friends and family. David was my installer tech. He and his assistant were able to get my a/c installed very fast. They were friendly. They only entered my home a couple of times to complete my thermostat installation. I was very pleased with my results. Thanks 😊 David
