Scheduling service call was extremely easy. I had to change the time, due to other issues, and they were extremely flexible and worked with me to keep the appointment on the same day, rather than bump me. Showed up early so as not to disrupt my whole day. Tech was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Solved the issue quickly without trying to throw in any add on costs. I would highly recommend All Star to anyone.

We purchased our home about 1.5 years ago, was previously a rental, management company used a local group for AC maintenance. We continued to use them because we thought they knew the system. Unfortunately, at the worst possible time, we found out our unit was in bad shape, contrary to what we had been told. Recently learned about Allstar, gave us a Free 2nd opinion, shocked at how bad our system was, revealing biological debris blowing into our home, making us quite ill. Allstar gave us the truth up front, installed a whole new system, happy so far. Glad to find this company, in good hands now.

David and Isaiah installed a new Air Conditioner and handler at my house today. They were very knowledgeable about the whole system and were a great team! They were extremely polite and were very quite while I worked from home. They answered all of our questions and taught us a lot about our new system like how to flush the drain with white vinegar to keep the drain clear. We really hope we get them again whenever we need any services done in the future!

Robert was the man who came and worked on my system. He was a very nice man who was professional and explained the process of the repairs. I liked this company and will use them in the future for all my needs.

We received a quote today from Tom Smail for installation of a new goodman unit and his professionalism was impressive, customer oriented with clear and concise information.
