I have been getting services from them for years. Service workers and office staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and fix our issues in a timely manner with a warm greeting and wrap up. Prices are very fair, and I love their annual matainance plan. Today our fan quit spinning and the worker Chris H. Was there on time and was friendly and helpful. He solved our issue in a timely manner he was knowledgeable and knew just what to do. They definitely have earned a loyal customer in me, and my family

I gave one star because I could not give them a BIG ZERO / Avoid this company at all costs!
I have a fifteen month old AC/Heating/Air Purifier installed by All Weather Heating and air. I contacted them at 9PM December 23rd because our heat was not working (53 degrees in the house), the coldest December in Florida in 30 years. Gerry the "Owner" called me back and said they would have someone out in the morning. Matthew showed up Christmas Eve morning on time and determined fairly quick that our issue was the wiring between the furnace and the Thermostat. They would have a crew out tomorrow to run the wire. But tomorrow is Christmas and it will be 20 degrees here in the morning, please check with the owner and confirm. He returned from his truck and said he was not sure about today but they would be here on Christmas. Expect a call later today...... We received no call, at 2 PM Christmas Eve I called a left Gerry a message to Please update us - it is 50 degrees in my house now. NOTHING, I left Another message at 5PM "Gerry Please call me we need to know what's going on and we are freezing and running critical low on firewood. No call back that day again...... Now on Christmas Day at 12:00 noon my wife calls and leaves a message - "Please let us know what is going on - you were supposed to be here and we have not received a call back in two days, we are out of firewood now! Over then next hour I called every Lennox dealer in Marion county for help. Within minutes we received a call back from multiple companies with one that would be there within the hour.
IT WAS NOT THE WIRING FROM THERMOSTAT TO THE FURNACE!!!!!! All wiring metered out exactly to specifications!
Now we had heat within 15 minutes of his arrival on Sunday, Christmas Day! I have yet to receive a call back from anyone at All Weather Heating and Air. On Tuesday December 27th I I received a quote from them for $895.00 to re-wire the thermostat to the furnace. This was not my first/only incident with this company and each one has been totally unimpressive.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR SALES or INSTALLATION and DEFINITELY NOT FOR SERVICE/REPAIRS BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY HAVE NO CLUE! AND HONESTY / CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT WITH THEM.

Mr. Maia, is very professional and has great customer service experience. He knows his job and very courteous.

Had chris do inspection. He was totally awesome! Friendly, professional....will definitely want him for next inspection.

Our unit took a turn for the worse. The tech was honest and helpful. Got us a new unit and installed the next day. Highly recommend
