I had been in a condominium with no air for over a month. The landlord and I had tried two AC "experts" and both said all was fine, "it was the building, the chillers on the roof, etc." When I finally called Florin, with Air Anytime, on a Saturday afternoon, Florin responded quickly, told me he would be over in two hours. He was here in under two hours, and he went right to the air-handler, took it apart, checked everything, and found the capacitor was burned-out. He replaced the part, cleaned everything out, checked my Freon and pressure levels, said all else was fine. After he worked for at least an hour, we turned the air on, it was wonderful. Everything was fixed, worked beautifully. Florin was professional and did not try to push anything on me that was not needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a repair or a service call.

Very reliable. Technician said he would arrive between 12-1. Called at 12 to let me know he’d be half hour and arrived exactly at 12:30. Diagnosed the problem very quickly and repaired just as quickly. Price was very reasonable. We were also quoted for a service that I know needs to be performed. The quote was also reasonable.

Called for Nest Learning Thermostat certified installers. He arrived on time and was very professional. His rates are very competitive and he completed the job in a timely manner. After almost thirty years of faithful service my AC unit just gave up. Called Air Anytime LLC left a voice mail and was called back in less than 10 minutes. Spoke with Florin and he was at my home an hour later. Twenty minutes after that he set me up with an appointment for a replacement the next day! He even brought me a portable unit to use overnight so I would be comfortable and have a good night sleep. In the morning Florin and Mike worked like Ninjas and by nighfall I was good to go.

I called Air Anytime and Richard was at my condo in less than 30 minutes. Did a great job of installing and programming my new Ecobee electronic thermostat and showed me how it works. Was friendly, professional and very competent. Really what I’d consider as a cheap price for such first class service. AIR ANYTIME will get my heating/air conditioning business EVERYTIME! By far the best AC repairman !!!!! Called him to do rebuild because other AC company couldn't clear my drain pipes. He was able to clear the blockage and saved me hundreds of dollars! Honest and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
