Air Anytime

Hands down one of the best experiences I have had with any home improvement issue. Company I had used for years diagnosed my 15 year old Trane as being time to replace. I got 3 estimates from companies I had researched on Google to replace it with a Heat Pump and one by far stood out in terms of price and scope of work. Every aspect of what was to be done was outlined. Was given an estimate of 10 days for the install. Well, the pandemic had other ideas and delayed the install owing to supply chain issues at York. From the start Florin offered to repair my old unit which I initially declined but accepted once I knew of the delay. He amazingly got my "shot" unit working again. Here is what separates Florin and his company from ail others IMO. He did not charge me for the repairs. He simply wanted to make sure my wife and I were comfortable until the new heat pump was installed. Well, yesterday it was installed. Richard and Brad were the installers and did a 10+ job making sure every aspect of the job was completed to both their and my satisfaction. Last night, a cold one, was the most comfortable our house has ever been. And with the ecobee thermostat I was able to heat the downstairs before going down from upstairs. Forget about 5 stars, Florin and his techs get 10!

Florin and his team from Air Anytime did an amazing job installing our brand new air conditioning system. I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning died one afternoon around 3 pm. We frantically called around five or six other air conditioning repair companies to no avail. They all informed us they wouldn't be able to get somebody out there until the next day. Living in South Florida that just wasn't going to cut it. Lucky for us we stumbled across Air Anytime and within the hour Florin was at our house working on our air conditioner. Unfortunately for us there was no repairing our 20 year old system.

Florin put together a fair estimate for a brand new system and had his team out the very next morning installing it. By 3 p.m. that afternoon, 24 hours later, we had cool air blowing again in our house.

A few weeks later Florin and his team were more than helpful with random questions we had regarding the thermostat.

This company has a very personalized individual feel to it. You don't call some number and wait in some Q to speak to some random individual. Florin gives you his personal number and answers any and all questions guaranteeing your happiness with the product and services his company offers.

Initially called Air Around the Clock when my AC stopped cooling but couldn’t get anyone to answer. Air Anytime not only answered but sent out a tech within 40 minutes at 9:30pm. Richard was friendly, professional, quick and even wore a mask! Our issue was fixed within 30 minutes and they were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again!

Florin and his team are honest reliable and the best Air Conditioner company you could choose. They are advance with the latest technologies in air conditioner to install and repair if needed. Florin came out and had my home cooling again in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to the entire team at Air Anytime. I appreciate all you do! I would recommend this company 110%!

Florin’s service was excellent!! We called him and he was at our front door in thirty minutes. He is very polite and will give you the real deal no bs ! Definitely would recommend him to any of my friends. He also gave us a labor warranty! Great guy !

Just had a new system installed in my home. They were great. Good price, knowledgeable, and thorough. Didn't leave until they double checked everything on their list to ensure I wouldn't have any problems. Richard is excellent to work with and he and the owner of the company seem very honest. I received several price quotes and I'm glad I chose this company... They were not the cheapest but Quality is always a great reason to pay a little more.

My a/c wasn't cooling & it was leaking. I did some online research & found good reviews for this company that didn't seem fake. So l called their # & left a vms & was promptly called back. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told their tech could be at my home the same day & arrived within the hour. The tech was very professional & knowledgeable. I was expecting to be pressure to be pressure into a costly repair or a new a/c unit as I had been told by another big name company when I had trouble a short while ago, but at no time the tech try to bs me just because I was a woman. So he told me it needed a drain line cleaning which would cost me less than $150 & if I decided not to do it there wouldn't be a fee for the quote unlike the other big name company which quoted $3000+ repair or $5000+ for a new unit. So I definitely give Air Anytime a 5+ review.

This is my first review and it's a good one.
Florin arrived on time and identified the problem quickly. He explained everything thoroughly about my A/C system and why it's not cooling properly. Florin temporarily fixed the unit so it would cool while the part I needed was shipped. Now it's fixed less than a week later and my home stays very cool. As far as the bill for his services...let's just say that I thought he should've charged more for the time he spent here. I highly recommend Air Anytime. Florin is an honest businessman. Very rare.

After this experience and 2 previous experiences, I will never work with another HVAC Company. Florin, Richard and Derwayne know what is customer service and make sure they make the customer experience the best.

They walked me through every step of the installation and stayed a couple of late nights to assure the AC New Installation was working nicely, quiet and cool. They even came back to assure the system was running properly 2 days later.

The Quality of their work has no comparison. They know the science and the art of Air Conditioning and all the latest technologies.

What I enjoyed the most was their neat work and good attitude. They did not make a mess in my house and took their time to assure everything was working properly. They worked with me (the homeowner) on every detailed step of the installation (it shows they know what they are doing and confident in their work).

I would recommend Florin and Air Anytime..."All the Time"!!!
