I was surprised so many items were replaced on a new system. I was hoping the tech would have called first. I’d like to have the old parts to get warrantied from manufacture since the unit is only a year or so old

I thought the replacement charge for the condenser coil outside was a bit high at $890 just for labor.

I don't know about the service...but the drivers run stop signs and speed like crazy.. I'm behind one now...sort of...takes off like a nascar at the light..ran the stop sign at Winkler and six mile cypress...at least 70mph..I couldn't keep up...of course came to red together twice.....hope you have GOOD INSURANCE

Both the technician and the office staff are amazing. If you need a Company that is responsive I would highly recommend Longsworth.
