First class service! Our heater wasn't working, Carlos came out and ordered the parts that were needed. We were lucky enough to get repairs scheduled the next day. Devon, one of the service techs had everything back in working condition under 2 hours. Tech was excellent!! Friendly, seemed knowledgeable and on time. Wish he would have said goodbye before he just left. I had a nice tip for him. Thats right...he went downstairs, checked the compressor and then left without coming back upstairs. Never even signed the work order complete. No complaining just weird. Would have like to have given him a tip. Maybe next time. As always....thank you!!!

I’ve been using this company for 7 years for my home and vacation condo. We recently had a misunderstanding on a price for service done at my condo. I was upset but after Carlos (the owner) took the time to call me personally and discuss my concerns, I realized that I had misunderstood the amount I was going to be charged. I can’t say enough about Carlos. He goes out of his way to accommodate people and I truly believe he wants all of his customers happy with the service he provides. The work they perform is excellent as they are extremely knowledgeable and professionals all the way.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Carlos quote me one price and over charged my credit card another price. I would never recommend this company. No integrity

Longsworth really cares about their customers. When our air conditioning failed on a brutally hot day, Carlos was out the next morning and installed a new unit that same day. They are professional and do high quality work. Their pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
