Called looking for a good company to maintain my HVAC and found a great one. Jim was my service tech and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I committed to be a long time customer and signed up for a biannual service agreement.

Today 3/27/2023 I had a drain line issue that started over the weekend. The technician ( Kevin ) came out as promised. He diagnosed the location and put in a new clean out. He was very informative and professional. Once again Ellsworth Heating and Cooling went above and beyond my expectations.

Worse company ever- worst after hours customer service.Paid twice to have the ac fixed, still having problems. Emergency tech wanted 150.00 and gave a estimate for $850.00 without even coming out. Another tech from a different company came out and stated the capacitor that was replaced under warranty from Ellsworth was not done properly-it`s basically just hanging there Shameful. Can`t seem to get a resolution with this company so please BEWARE.

Sent out a technician to my home to check the AC unit and run diagnostic. Its been 3 days and we call about 3-4 times a day for them to return to fix the issue. I always get told a tech will reach back out to me in 90 minutes.... its been 3 days that I've waited for this tech to call about their eta. I want my AC fixed or my money back as I need to take my service elsewhere.

4/18/2021 Finally had the crew come in to completely replace failed ductwork. These guys where awesome and answered all of our questions. These guys are truly craftsmen. Coupled with new smart thermostat and UV light our house is finally comfortable throughout. Logging into Lee county electric my day to day usage appears to be dropping although will need a few months to see the savings roll in. Minor billing issue was quickly resolved to my expectation. My service experience with this company has been great.

2020 Shout out to Eric who did some patch work on our aging duct work. We need more extensive work, but my house is a good 10° F cooler. As a newer Floridian I am happy to have a trustworthy company to turn too. Also had a general service about a month ago, a great price and super tech.

Unable to get anybody to come out for scheduled maintance! Twice now they’ve used the excuse that workers got hurt and they have nobody! What a disgrace!

The owner called today to make it right! Never thought I’d get a call. Thank you Ellsworth for restoring my faith .

Right before I went to bed I noticed it was hot in the house! Never a good sign. The air was not cooling! The next morning by 8 am I was calling around to have someone come see what the damage was. As we al know living in Florida with no AC gets pretty hot FAST. I called two companies and got no solid response for help. I remembered my parents recently had their air replaced and my Dad said the company he chose was great and had genuine people working for them. My dad is old school, so this meant that the company was responsive and reasonably, not trying to just make a buck. I called my mom, I got the number and by 2pm my air conditioning was back on and working and it didn’t cost me my whole pay check! Jay was friendly and informative and the the lady I spoke with in the office was friendly and also responsive. I needed to be here when they arrived and I appreciated the fact they made it all happen before I had to go to work. I would 100% recommend this company. The other companies I called, I still have yet to hear back from. Thank you for your great customer service!!! It may seem small, but it goes a long way. I will go to Ellsworth for all my future needs!!! Sincerely, a wife whose husband gets cranky when it’s hot!!! 😂🥰

Shane arrived within 15 minutes of initial call late on a Friday afternoon, determined problem immediately and had me up and running within 15 minutes, then hung around to make sure no other issue arose. Charged me a more than reasonable rate and took a check. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and fully explained everything. We will definitely use their services again !!!
