My a/c unit was down. Their technician was here as promised..He informed me of the problem.. I called the next morning and asked if they could replace immediately as I have a aging father that I caretake for and it was extremely hot..They were at my house within a hour and had new a/c within 2 hours... Competitive rates and extremely efficient and fixed everything I needed.. I highly recommend this company

Horrible , horrible customer service. They held me hostage with parts and my unit had tons of mold inside . This unit was way too small and not cooling , parts every month . Last time I called no one even called me back . I am contacting my attorney, my health is in jeopardy being exposed to the mold .
