Ellsworth Heating & Cooling

Ellsworth has been servicing our A/C unit for a number of years and we have never been dissatisfied with their prompt, knowledgeable and courteous technicians. They nailed it again this time for a very reasonable price.

After some trouble with a previous maintenance person, and posting a review, they came out a 4th time with a senior tech, fixed our issue in 15 mins. Bumping up the stars for great work.

Far superior to my Home Warranty Company! The repair was not covered by Choice Home Warranty, but when Ellsworth came over, they diagnosed the REAL problem, and fixed the problem - the REAL problem - for under $200, not the over $1200 I was quoted by another company. You have my gratitude and my future business. Well done, all!

I've been using Ellsworth heating and cooling for the past 13 years. They installed the original air conditioner in my home. I have always found them very honest. They performed checkups twice a year.
This year our unit went out so I purchased a new Lennox, they installed it the next morning with no problem

I called in for service at 8:30 AM and a serviceman was at place at 11:30 AM. I live on FortvMyers Beach and with construction, normal season traffic, and spring break that’s amazing. Both the office personal and service tech were a pleasure to work with. This is the only heating and cooling company we will deal with.

My heat pump quit running so I called Ellsworth, who is nearby. They sent "Izzy" the next day and he figured out the problem: My unit needed a new capacitor and a fan motor. Izzy had the unit back up and running in an hour or so. She's running like a gem again. Thanks for quick response & replacing the parts at a fair price. Greatly appreciated!

Responded within 90 minutes for a service call. Fast, affordable, professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. There is a reason Ellsworth's has been around so long.

Your serviceman was great! I believe his name was Isadora. If all your techs are as good as him Ellsworth Heating & Cooling will have no problem. Thank you.

Well, because Ellsworth sent me a card saying it was time for the regular maintenance, I called and made an appt. So I called and asked how much? She told me 70. I said so you are the company that has been doing the service here? I’m new and wondering since you sent the card.yes, she says. I said ok. It was 79. So the tech came out, he didnt really want to talk to me, even tho I kept asking about what the 70 dollars was for. Tell me what you are going to check n do. He said service it. Ok so what did you see? It’s fine he says. So I asked if they put it in, at first he said yes, then he said no. So I asked how old it was he tells me 2016. Showed me where it says that. So, I paid him he was on his way. So, I called the office and asked, if I can get the detailed report for what he done and saw? They said yes. I got a copy of the same bill/receipt I already have. 😕 people say Ellsworth is very reliable. Maybe so. But I want to know what they did. What they saw. But cant seem to get that. So today I got another card, it says my unit is in bad shape n will need replaced very soon. Yet the tech told me it was fine, somewhat new2016. Im confused, not trusting this company. Yet people here say they are 1 of the most competent companys for service. Tina

The guys csme in changed the whole AC unit. They knew what they're doing. Better heating and cooling with the new ducts an returns. A pleasure to have them here. Nothing but good things to say. Keep up the good work!!!

Jim Taylor serviced their AC last Tuesday. He was courteous, knowledgeable and certainly efficient. He answered my questions in reference to AC & humidistat issues. You guys installed and now service the unit.........we are convinced we’ve made the correct decision when we chose Ellsworth!!!
