Contacted this company for a new ac unit. Repusentive answered the phone in a manner that makes you question if you even called a company. I sent over the requested information and was told I would be contacted back shortly. Next day comes still no call back. I called them back several times no answer and there voice mail box is full. Very unprofessional and they lost a client and sale for a new unit. I have contacted another company they came out next day had no problem reaching them. I don't understand how you can advertise your company as a big established operating company and yet you cannot get in contact with anybody.

Both of our experiences with Power Air have been great. They’re reliable & show up when they say they will, and they just get the job done. Both times our AC quit on us, they came in less then 24 hours, figured out the problem and had it fixed the next day. Truly excellent service & quality work as well.
