Kendale Air Conditioning

I am in Kendale Lakes. I called sweating hot that my out of warranty Rheem a.c. fan was not spinning. The lady on the phone was very nice and professional. Someone, who seemed very knowledgeable and professional, came out in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and considering how fast he came right over in a marked van with Kendale A.C. written on it and knew exactly what was wrong. He changed a part and we had cool AC again! Thank you!!!

Had had a quote on Friday and install on Wednesday.
The installers where very courteous and professional. They made sure all of my question had been answered and insured the work area was thoroughly cleaned .

The installers arrived on time. They protected the floor and their entire work space. They were efficient, courteous and professional.

The wrong thermostat was installed but they returned the same day and switched it. They even took the time to show us how to use our phones to adjust the thermostat.

I called Kendale Air Conditioning to service my 4 year old A\C that stopped working. The technician came over and said the A\C needed to be dismantled and he needed to perform a deep cleaning that required two people. The work would cost $1,000. Long story short, I had another technician come over and fix, clean the A\C without dismantling the unit for $195. Beware with these guys, they are out to rip people off just to make a quick dollar.

Our AC broke in the morning and by 6 PM we had an entirely new air conditioning unit inside and out. It was one of the most positive experiences I've had with a company in a long time. The techs were incredibly professional and left my house in impeccable condition after eight hours of work. I highly recommend them.

Simply the best! I've been a Kendale Air customer for years. When my father's 8 year old compressor died from a power surge after Hurricane Irma, I called Kendale Air. I left a message and within 20 minutes, the office manager, Pam, called and said she had a technician in the neighborhood. The tech, Fred, came out the same day (Friday) and we had cold air Monday morning! This all took place the week after Hurricane Irma. Fred, knew his stuff inside & out. Pam couldn't have been more pleasant. These guys are like a family business. Don't think twice, call them!

Had a great experience with these folks. I called after hours and left a message, not expecting to hear from them until the following day. I was contacted within two hours, and they scheduled an appointment the next day.
The technician Fred was professional and had a friendly and laid back demeanor. He was actually early, and I feel bad that he had to wait for me to get home, but I really appreciate that he was there even before he had to be.
