Kendale Air Conditioning

The ac unit on our house was installed by Kendale air so when we needed to service our unit we used them. They’re honest and extremely competent. They’re also a local company and it feels good to support a local business. I highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs.

We have been using Kendale A/C for at least 15 years for our 2 home air conditioning systems. They are honest, friendly, reliable, helpful, prompt and reasonably priced. They showed me how to flush my own drain lines to prevent them having to come repair something caused by a plug. They provide yearly service contracts and custom filters that are another cost saver. This is the company you want!

There is nothing Kendale A/C cannot do when it comes to cooling your home. They are super reliable, completely trustworthy, as reasonable as you can get, you will not be disappointed! We have used this company for 30 years. We have 3 central A/C's, and we've had many repairs/replacements to them over the years but I trust Kendale A/C completely and I cannot recommend them more highly. I've dealt with Fred and Pepi for years and years so you do not have to worry about turnover. Best of luck, you are in good hands!

Thank goodness I've found Kendale Air Conditioning! It is so hard to find a company that is professional, straight to the point, and timely and Kendale Air Conditioning is all of those things. When they came to replace our old unit and install a new one, I'm pretty sure they left our home cleaner than they found it. They were not only on time for their scheduled appointment, they were a few minutes early! This will be the only A/C company I use for my family and recommend to my friends from now on.

Great customer service and technicians are very professional and resolve issue quickly. Our ac was not cooling called Kendale air and technician was there within a hour. Problem resolved in 10 minutes. Bad compressor do to a power surge. We have had used this company before and always resolve any problems we have quickly and smoothly.

On Tuesday, I contacted our “Home Warranty” company for service on our air conditioner as it was blowing very warm and was computer assigned to a contractor located an hour and a half away. On Wednesday, after not receiving any call from said contractor I called the “Home Warranty” company and after 2 hours on the telephone and being hung up on 3 times by said “Home Warranty” company, I made the decision to research AC Repair on the web and yellow pages for a reputable company and found Kendale Air Conditioning. Upon calling, I was pleasantly greeted by Pam, after explaining my situation and what I just went through, she calmed by nerves by explaining their procedures and scheduled a tech who arrived an hour later. The tech was Frederick who was extremely professional and polite and further explained what he will be doing. He diagnosed two bad parts, replaced and was up and running within an hour of his arrival. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Kendale Air replaced one of the a/c units in my home last year. I was happy with the service and when the other a/c unit broke, I didn’t think twice about calling them to replace it. They were professional, on time and cleaned up everything after. Would definitely recommend this company

Okay, so I had a major problem with my still under warranted A/C. I called Kendale Air Conditioning and yes they were very prompt and came out the same day to provide me with an estimate. By the way, they charge a flat $90 just to give you an estimate.

The technician was very nice but here is where the problems start. My A/C was still under warranty. After the tech checked out my unit he estimated that it would cost around $1,500 to repair just for labor. I though that was crazy considering the parts were under warranty.

I contacted another company and they came out to check my A/C. They determined that two parts needed to be exchanged and that he would charge me $500 for the labor.

So I asked him how much the part the Kendale Air was going to replace under warranty and he advised me that it was around $1,000 for the part alone.

Therefore, Kendale Air wanted to charge me $1,500 for labor to replaced one part and I realized that they were charging me for the part as if I was buying it new.

So I ended up getting two parts replaced under warranty for $500 when Kendale Air wanted $1,500 to replace one part under warranty.

Be careful with this company. I know they have great reviews but they definitely intended to rip me off.

We had furnace problems for a week. Called Kendale Air Conditioning and scheduled an appointment. The technicians came,assessed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Good work at a fair price. They also cleaned up after they were done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Fred was the tech who came over. First time I tried Kendale Air Conditoning. Very courteous, professional and quick. Showed within the hour of me calling and fixed my system quickly and efficiently.
