I recently had a new A/C installed by Kendale A/C and I'm very satisfied with the work that was performed. I want to thank Mrs. Pandy, who took my telephone call and send a Technician Mr. Fred Ferrer, who gave me a diagnostic of the problem, also I want to thank Enrique and Norberto who performed the installation, they were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Kendale Air conditioner for your A/C needs.

We called kendale for a single ductless air conditioner , in a small room , that our unit does not supply , quick , reasonable price ! In a few hours the job was done cleaned up after themselves , cover everything in the room with large new plastic covers ! Great job!! We have used this Company before! But from the beginning. ( 7 years approx) They have been quick to respond and fixed the problem , or recommended what’s our next step. In an emergency they came within 1 hour to help. Dealing with Fred and the staff at Kendale Air Conditioning has been an exceptional experience. Fred was on time as scheduled and his clinical eye and level of expertise was on display once he arrived. The crew that followed came to work efficiently and was a very professional group of techs. Fred later returned to oversee the final results and made some additional tweaks which exceeded my expectations. This was an old school experience of integrity, competence, and value. Thank you for resolving my many issues with my HVAC system.

After 2 years of having issues with my AC and several techs coming to try to fix the issue, i decided to call Kendale They came out and after running some troubleshooting were able to locate that the error was my Nest thermostat. They quickly were able to rewire and fix the issue i was having. Their industry knowledge they have was able to resolve it in only 20 minutes of them arriving. I highly recommend them as a first option for any AC issues.

Professional, reliable, honest! This company gave me a quote on 3 different Trane Central AIr Conditioning units. I compared them with two other companies for the same units and Kendale Air price was lower. I have hardwood floors and when they came to install the air conditioner,
they laid down thick cardboard from my front door to the location of the unit. They took care of my floors and were extremely clean. I have had them back for service and their workers are considerate, they show up when they say and give a courtesy cal when they’re on their way. I am in no way affiliated with this company but I will say that they have given me the best service I have ever had from any service related company.

The staff at Kendale Air is absolutely top notch. They are always ready to help, whether it is an emergency service, new units, or adding onto existing units. They are always prompt, courteous, and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience with a company.
Recently, they added a little device in my drain line which makes it a snap to clean the drain (I do it once a month to prevent mold buildup). The installation takes less than 10 minutes. You simply open the cover, insert the adapter and either connect it to your garden hose, blow it out with lung power (my preferred method ), or even use an adapter that can be connected to pressurized CO2 or air. When done, I simply pour a little bleach into the line and close the cover. Be sure to ask them about it.

These folks are amazing! Been my a/c company for over 15 years. Always professional and quick service at a fair price. Staff in the office are friendly and take time to understand what the a/c issue is. Staff is wonderful and the service technicians are professional and experienced. Thank you to you and your mechanics for a job well done! When we hired you to change our A.C. unit we had done our homework and had checked to make sure that you were a reputable Trane dealer. Although we were confident that we had made the right decision in choosing Kendale Air we were not expecting what followed. We are happy to say that your company surpassed all of our expectations. It was refreshing to find people who have such GREAT work ethics, something that is rare to find these days.
Your crew started the day by arriving on time and taking precautions to make sure to protect my tile floor from being scratched. They taped cardboard on my floor from the unit to the front door. The mechanics were pleasant, courteous, as well as professional. They used their time effectively and were very knowledgeable. They explained and answered all our questions to our satisfaction especially how to work the WIFI programmable thermostat. It is impressive how the thermostat in conjunction with the new unit has controlled the humidity in our house
In conclusion thank you for doing such an awesome job! We're extremely pleased with our new unit and your service. It's great to know that there are still companies like Kendale Air Conditioning that take pride in what they do and have a great rapport with their customers.
