Eduardo was very professional, I really had very good experience with Building Comfort Air, they were very efficiency; I will recommended this company when you are having any issues with the A/C or need any type of maintenance. You can trust 100 % in their skills and professionalism.

This company is REALLY good. I cannot describe how much I appreciate their hard and generous work. After they installed the AC, they were so flexible to come and helped me fix whatever issue I had with it. I would give this company an 11/10.

CHARGED $6000 FOR A 1,800 SQUARE FOOT HOME TO ONLY REPLACE THE DUCTS! DIDN'T REPLACE THE VENTS AND DIDN'T REPLACE OR ADD INSULATION! WORST CONTRACTOR! Buyer BEWARE. Lied about pulling a permit and charged DOUBLE want the normal cost of my project was. I paid $6000 and they will not return my calls or respond to my resquest regarding the permit status and possible additional repairs needed to the new air conditioning ducts they installed less than a month ago. GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF MONEY AND A BIG HEADACHE. Hopefully they will go out of business when they start getting lawsuits filed against them.

I have installed a new AC and water heater and the guys are very professional. Also, super responsive and very nice people. I am very happy with Building Comfort Air. Talk to Eddie, highly recommended!

I called this company on a Sunday afternoon thinking that I would have to sleep without a/c, they sent yosvani to fixed and they were able to get me cool air until next day. They came back next day to installed a brand new Carrier system and the experience overall was amazing. Highly recommended.

The reason we decided to do the job with this company was Eduardo. A very polite, professional person and not only that, but he always assured me that we were going to be very happy with the service. It conveyed security to me and my family. He treated us from day one like friends and made us feel very confident that we were making a good decision. And I've always thought that serious companies are the best. He did not ask for any deposit to start his work, that gives you security since nowadays people can rob you and you will never see them again.

I highly recommend Eddy and his team for your A.C. replacement work. They were very professional and provided good quality service at a reasonable price. Eddy went out of his way to assist us, even offering money for a hotel when the city permits took longer than expected to be issued.

Highly recommend these guys. After dealing with two no-shows and sitting in my sweltering apartment at 10PM on a Friday night, I found Building Comfort through Yelp. Eddy was the first person to reply to my request. Within minutes, we had an appointment booked for 9-10 AM on Saturday morning. Eddy showed up on time and had the repair done in less than an hour. If reliability, punctuality, and competence matter to you, you should give these guys a try.
