I needed my ac removed to replace the wall where the ac unit was. The came on a Friday removed the ac. I was able to do the work on the wall on Saturday and the company came back Sunday to install the ac again and provide maintenance to our unit inside and outside. The customer service provided by Ricardo and Wiston had been amazing.

Finally! A company that "gets" customer service! We were very pleased to find a company that puts their money where their mouth is. We never believed that a company would really care to service their customers after the sale is complete, but we were surprised that Eddie came out to service our AC with no hesitation and with no charge. He came promptly and put in a new UV bulb at no cost. What a surprise! I highly recommend this company. Great AC too for the price.

BCA “Building Comfort Air” and their entire staff are truly professionals. It was a smooth process from my initial contact call, then the inspection by Eduardo, followed by an estimate, then installation and finally the completion. “Zero issues” I had a 5-hour time window, so my appointment was scheduled on a Saturday at 9:30 am, and at 9:29 am, Yosvani the installer was knocking on my door. Amazing punctuality which is uncommon in the industry in South Florida. Yosvani got to work immediately; he was thorough and detailed in every single step making sure everything was leveled, secured, aligned and according to the manufacturer specs. Completed the installation (Electrical and Mechanical) in record time and even cleaned up the entire work area after. This was a new installation for a split A.C. unit and in my opinion not an easy job due to the location and limitation to run all the supply lines. Payment was not required until the job was completed to satisfaction. BCA will be my go-to AC Company from now on. You can expect quality, value and professionalism from them.

This was my worst experience with a business, after fixing my AC unit it broke in less the 24 hours, I called the next morning and advised them of the issue it took them over 12 hours to come back, I had to continuously call and text, just for them to show up with no tools and say there is nothing they can do. Now my money is down the drain and I still have no air. Save yourself the time and do not use them, find a more reputable company.

Just got a Split A/C installed a couple of weeks back. Very good job. It was done fairly quickly and so far everything is going smoothly. Very happy with the whole process.

Great Service. Always on Time. My AC broke late and we have kids, I call them they had no appointments early that next day and they made the space for me. They arrived and my ac had to he changed, they also made the time and also they change it that same day. I was very satisfied with the service, they are very professional and very helpful.
