My previous AC person created a mess in June that I couldn't get him to correct in all this time. I got tired of empty promises and a leaking unit.

Radael was on time, saw the unit from the hall (door open to accommodate bucket and pan) and immediately knew the problem and how to resolve it. Within 3 hours he'd seen, diagnosed and I approved the estimate for the job. What a delight after 8 months of excuses. I am looking forward to the problem being resolved efficiently and professionally.

A/C stopped cooling. Called Flow-Tech because they had done previous work at my house. They diagnosed a leak in the coils. They replaced the coils. A/C is working great again. Total cost of repair including refrigerant was $825. It was less than I expected. Excellent company. Very happy with their work.

The technician came in and analyzed my problem (I called 3 companies to do that and 2 came - the 3rd never did and I cancelled it). The turnaround time was great and the service the techs performed inside and outside my house were implacable; the girls on the phone the most pleasant and friendly.

Flow-Tech was just at my house this morning doing a big job (changing out my coil). They were very professional and tidy. They always wore masks inside of my house and put on booties to cover their shoes when they came inside. They did a great job and I would highly recommend!
