I have called on Flow Tech for over 14 years now for all my AC needs (purchasing new Trane units and maintenance/repair) and at multiple properties and always find their service to be exceptional. So professional and responsive and a pleasure to be able to recommend!

It's post pandemic and we hadn't used Flow-Tech in years. But we recently required service for parts that had deteriorated due to FPL power outages that had put excessive strains on the system. Happy to report that nothing has changed as far as the level of professionalism, courteousness, and competence offered by Flow-Tech--things that are generally in short supply in Miami, but thankfully Flow-Tech picks up the slack with extending stellar customer service to its customers. Thanks to Melissa and Pedro coordinating everything out of the office and to Fernando, the tech who performed the service.

A/C maintenance
On time., professional, took time to explain issues, made maintenance recommendations, thorough check inside and outside.

I called Flow-Tech after reading several reviews online when our air conditioner broke in mid August. Although we got quotes from two other companies, one of which came back less expensive than Flow-Tech, we decided to go with them because of how knowledgeable the technician they sent was.

That same day I spoke with Mario who explained all of the options we had and broke down in detail the pros and cons of each unit, we needed to replace both the inside and outside units. He was so incredibly professional and I appreciated greatly just how much information he provided so that my husband and I could make an informed decision.

The next day, his crew came out and we couldn't be more impressed. They finished the work quickly and and left everything very clean. Our unit has not given us any issues. I waited at least two months to write the review to ensure that it was working as promised. We are so grateful to Mario and the rest of the Flow-Tech Air Conditioning employees for their expertise and professionalism. They resolved our air conditioning issues in less than 48 hours from the initial call for an estimate. They may not show up as the least expensive, but they are worth every penny. I am so glad that we chose them. Should we have another need with our AC, we will definitely be calling them again.

We would like to recommend Radael, our service technician, for the way he understood our problems and went "above and beyond" to troubleshoot, and repair them.
1. Condensation on our filter was diagnosed as a misplaced panel (by another company). NO more leaks.
2. Occasional non-starting of the condenser unit was diagnosed as a failing capacitor. He carefully tested and compared it to a new capacitor before replacing it.
(not only should this fix the intermittent problem, but should reduce energy usage.)
Radael was courteous, his explanations clear, he did a thorough inspection of the system - leaving us confident and sure to use this company again.

FlowTech was able to resolve our problem when no other local company could (or would). The communication from the manager was outstanding. The technicians were able to accurately and honestly diagnose what needed to be repaired. Overall I had a great experience with this company and would definitely use again.

Their customer service and professionalism was outstanding. It was by far the best of any of the 5 companies that provided estimates and responded to questions. They sent a crew to take pics and measurements for a new system within hours of my first call and Mario (the owner) spent almost an hour answering all of my questions on the estimate and the various system options and concerns. The installation was done very professionally within a day after I accepted their estimate. I am very impressed by Flow Tech's organization, knowledge and pricing and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have several properties and for over 10 years Flow Tech has serviced, repaired and replaced all of my central A/C Units. They only use the best parts and use highly qualified technicians. They are always on time and complete their work efficiently and clean up afterwards.
They are highly rated with Trane Systems for sales, installation and service. Flow-Tech and Trane are unstoppable!

We used Flow tech to replace our air conditioning unit both inside and the fan outside. We had an issue with a unit Trane sent and Trane/the distributor was giving us the run around but Mario and Melissa worked hard to get them to send a new unit and they corrected the issue. We will use them again when our second air conditioning unit needs to be replaced.
