    Able Air installed our unit in 2003 and thankfully it's still running today.

    In addition we started a kitchen remodel with the removal of a drop ceiling this past week. Because of a misunderstanding we enlisted Able Air to come move an air duct for us on a Tues. afternoon instead of Tues. morning. When my contractor and I discussed this again on Monday afternoon we realized our mis-communication.Yikes! I called Able late in the day and they said they didn't have a tech available, when I told them we had an open ceiling to the attic that couldn't be closed in until the duct was moved, they moved some things around for me and sent a couple of very professional, polite and obviously well trained techs out by 9AM. They were in and out in about an hour and the charge was very fair! I will be calling them for our needs again. Thanks everyone at Able Air!

    Just had a new Carrier Performance system installed in my house. Very pleased with Jason and Faustin who installed the ac. Very happy with the job and the system. Nice work. Hope this positive experience remains this way.

    Corey and AJ did a fantastic job fine tuning everything. They went above and beyond. AJ even had to crawl under the house( he needs Hazzard pay). The guys did a good job on install it i can't remember their names.i will definitely recommend your company to everyone.

    I called after hours on a very hot Fathers day, and was promptly contacted by Pete, who called and gave me an accurate time frame for his arrival. When he arrived, he very quickly resolved the issue, for a reasonable price. Not very often that service people in this area impress me, but he was very good.

    Horrible experience. Hired another company after able air came out twice and problem returned twice in 2 days. Was told line looked like it had been cut by new a/c company. All 9 units leaked out and my temp inside was 85. Thankfully B and B air sodered it back together same day i called them. Able air daid i needed a new unit. I believe they vandalized my unit. PLEASE DONT EVER USE ABLE AIR!

    Very quick response for AC problems. Isolated the problem and gave estimates to fix or to replace the unit. Since the unit was 12 years old and the cost to fix was quite high I went with a new unit. Came the next day to replace. All workers and salesman were prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend.

    They cut corners in so many ways it is disgusting. They also have a terrible habit of purging refrigerant straight into the atmosphere, aiding global warming (very illegal and have seen it myself). The office rushes the technicians and gives them more calls than one can handle in a day, in return the customers are ripped off because the work is rushed. The owner is greedy and obviously has little respect for his customers because he cares more about the time it takes at one job than doing the job right. Having good customer service should be more important than rushing to make him more money in his pocket, you'll end up paying more money and time to have someone return because the job wasn't done right the first time.

    A/C stopped working, called the company who installed it(Able Air) had a tech come out (Rick) diagnosed problem (Blower motor) went to get part installed it checked rest of system. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Asset to the company. All done within 2 hours of phone call. Semper Fi JC

    Thank you to Able Air, they were very easy to work with and did everything they said they were going to do. Every time I called, I got a call back with in 30 min. I don't recall both the installers names, but they were Pro's . Explained everything .
