My family has been using you for the past year, and we have nothing but good things to say about your services. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit and were really worried about it not working again, but once you guys came out, everything was fixed up in no time at all!

The techs that care out were very thorough and professional. What I especially loved is that they didn’t try to cheat me out of any money like a previous company that I called did. They even showed me the problem, explained everything to me, and taught me tips and tricks to prevent it from happening again. It’s so nice to have black men that are doing great work that are legit and give good customer service.

Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning was great. They arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and offered sound advice regarding our hot water heater. Our hot water heaters are a solar electric combo so we were really pleased that he could address our concerns. We'll be calling on them again.

Joseph performed routine maintenance on our air conditioning/heating unit today. The insides were disgustingly dirty. We also had a problem with it occasionally tripping preventing it from turning on. He resolved that problem as well. Excellent service. We called on Friday morning after our heater quit working the previous night and Miriam was able to set up and schedule us for an appointment the very day. Joseph showed up on time, figured out the problem with the heater and installed the new parts which were in his car after he explained to us the problem and how he was going to solve it. We were more pleased that he gave us a discount on the price he had quoted. Grateful to have worked with him.
