I've just bought two more. They installed them today. Again wonderful workers and very professional. Came home to find very chilly rooms in the middle of lower 90s Florida afternoon. What more can we ask? This company is a jewel!. Thanks Derick and all.
HUGE thank you to Diana , Manny and Yunior. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our new AC unit up and running quickly , VERY friendly. They did everything possible to make sure things got done right. We are extremely grateful for their hard work.
Lewis and Manny were truly masters of their crafts. I was thoroughly impressed by not only their professionalism but also the knowledge displayed of their craft. They were very caring and exhibited genuine concern over my cooling system which shocked me. I really recommend this company to anyone who sees this. The quality of customer service, is definitely not what it was in the beginning.
I was called on a Sunday, during lunch hour to schedule an appointment for the following day, being Monday, I expressed to the office manager, that were they sure they were going to show up this time? She ensured me, someone would be there between 9am-11am and if not to call her and she would handle it!
Today at 11:15 am no technician, nor a phone call to say they were running behind..
I called the office manger like, she had told me to.. and immediately got combative, because, of my comment of, Well, you’re staying true to form, no call and no technicians.
Customers time is a priority, maybe not to your company, but to the customer’s you’re trying to retain. There’s a lot of other A/c companies, who value their customers, and their time.
But this company… They’re not one of those
They schedule appointments, and don’t show up, no phone calls to let the customer know they’re running behind, zero communication, unless of course you call. This has happened multiple times in the past 5 years.
Coming from an HVAC background, this is not how you run a business, if you want to retain, your customer base.
Maintenance, on last visit, was far from the normal, 20 point inspection. Filters that I supplied weren’t changed. Never once went out to check refrigerant levels or to wash down outside coils on cu . Hose was there and waiting for them to use. His total visit lasted less than a half House. Not enough time to do a complete and thorough maintenance on an ac system.
I called, and they did send someone else out, to complete, the lack luster job, from previous technician.
I understand, emergencies happen and you prioritize your calls, but it’s the no communication, to your customers, who are the life blood of your business.
A suggestion… customer service classes. Because those of you who , are answering the phones, and dealing with customers, are the representatives of your company. And being confrontational, with a customer, isn’t going to grow your company!
My air went out on a Saturday I was having family over Ryan was on call. He came over right away and found the issue with my ac and fixed it for a very low price I got a maintenance plan with him and the company bc he was such a pleasant professional to have in our home. Thanks Ryan for the great service.
service technicians here on time they were very friendly and found some issues I knew were there they gave me great recommendations for my system to last longer and work more effeciently. The were very quick to take care of my issues and this recommendation of a whole home purification was great and just what I needed. Not pushy at all great guys Manny and lewis.
Lewis and Manny were great! They were very thorough and explained everything clearly. No pressure to buy anything made the experience even better. I will use them again as I'm signing on for a very reasonably priced maintenance plan.
Manny and Lewis Honest caring genuine workers and great office customer service guys came right out and gave me the best price for a maintenance plan. Very knowledgeable and informative. High suggest using them.
Ryan called up my parents telling them he would service their air purification system and my parents didn't know it wasn't their installer. Their information was stolen from their installer by these guys who I assume were fired from their installer. He showed up and disconnected the system telling my parents it was broken because the installer didn't put in a surge protector. My parents got me on the phone and I told him to hold off putting in a new system till I could have the installer come out. He said today was a good idea because he was worried about my mother's health, ha! He had also disconnected the ultraviolet light tube and hid the red indicator button on the system. Turns out nothing was wrong with the system. I watched the installer discover the malfeasance and the thing turned right on once plugged back in. Very shady and criminal like behavior from these guys. Go somewhere else.
I would like thank Derek & his team for a fanominal job on installing my new 4 ton AC system on Memorial Day. The crew was verry knowledgeable with a good work ethic. I would recommend Advance Wind Services to anyone with AC issues. The price was reasonable and the service was above what anyone else would offer. My home is comfortable now , extremely happy customer says Thank You to all.
