Derrick came out this morning and did my AC maintenance..He was great. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. It's really affordable. I will definitely be telling everybody how wonderful Derrick is, and to use this company for all their AC needs.

This company is the best and one of the most honest AC companies out there. The GM Derick serviced my air conditioner for a total cost of $75.00 and it is working perfectly. Definitely recommend to anyone looking and will be sticking with them from here on out!

My ac/thermostat would not turn on after I got home from work. Derick came out at 9:45 at night to help me out and get my thermostat replaced. I’m extremely happy as I’m able to sleep tonight!!

These guys saved my life. I only figured out my heater was not working in a brand new house when the temperature dropped a lot in Florida which is very uncommon. I called the company that did the installation originally to the builder and they not only charged me for a repair but also didn't really repair. I called Advanced Wind Services and they came right way, fixed it, charged an honest price and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, the other company installed a cheap unit and did it all the wrong way. Whenever this unit has to be replaced I will for sure call Advanced Wind Services again.

I call them for a quick service I wasn't at home and they told my daughter the whole system have to be replaced. They said the compressor wasn't working and try to sell me a complete system for $7,000 when I get home I call my buddy and we find out the problem just the capacitor was bad we replaced and have the A/c running nice and cool again I'm very disappointed with these guys that was my experience with them

Let me start by saying that the team that came to our house was superb. Our experience started with Derick which was just great. What a wonderful, polite, knowledgeable person. Then the team that came to the house to do the work - Nestor and Yucell. You couldn't ask for better people - they worked so hard and efficient to get the work done perfectly. We couldn't be more impressed. The following day we noticed that the new thermostat didn't appear to be working properly. Called Derrick and immediately he sent Evelio. Evelio came and worked on the thermostat. The next day it appeared to still not be working correctly. Derrick said lets wait over the weekend and see if it adjusts (of course, it's been so hot and humid) the humidity down to the set amount of 55%. On Monday it was still not working correctly and before I could even call Derrick, there's a knock at my door and there stands Evelio with a brand new thermostat. Now when I tell you this man knows his stuff, you have to believe me. He came in, changed the thermostat, set up the wireless connection and set it perfect and the new thermostat has been working perfect ever since. We can't say enough about this company. We were so glad that our neighbor (who also used them) gave us their business card. It was one of the best choices ever. We had been taken advantage by another local large A/C company and were very apprehensive on hiring any A/C company. Advanced Wind Services is aces in our book. You won't be disappointed with the service, the respect for your home, the knowledge and professionalism they will bring to your home. To Derrick, Nestor, Yucell and Evelio -- THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! You all were the absolute best.
