This is the company to use..I cant say enough how refreshing it is to find a good AC company after years of bad experiences. The office staff are kind and professional. The tech that came out did a great job. If you want peace of mind then use these folks.

I will forever be grateful for this company. Derick arrived before scheduled time. He told me exactly what he believe was wrong. After arguing back and forth with my landlord only to get no where i called Derick back. Explained to him that my husband and i would be responsible for getting the ac fixed. Being that i have 6 month old, both of us laid off due to covid, being that its super humid and hurricane season he was willing to work with us especially because we didn't break the ac. At first we believed it just needed to be drained and cleaned. And the company who installed the ac last year decided it would be a great idea to super glue the pipe so in order to drain it we had to cut the pipe. Come to find out it is the compressor. And our landlord is not going to fix it. Derick is really willing to help us out. He is on time. He know what he is doing. And he doesn't just look at you like dollar signs. He looks at you like people. And he understands. He wants to help. Its hard to find companies or people like that now days. I will definitely only deal with Advance Wind Services for now on. And will definitely refer them to EVERYONE!!!!

Advanced Wind Services came to my house and solve the problem another company couldn't fix, better saying, they were actually causing it for lack of acknowledge. We truly appreciate everything from beginning to end. We definitely recommend Advanced Wind Services to our family and friends.

The installers installed my new ac in no time. They were very professional, & I liked the fact that even the general manager came to make sure everything was perfect. I’d recommend any day of the week! Worth it!

I will day they are the best. Prompt professional and very polite. They go above and beyond, so if you need any ac work or a new unit call them. We had a complete unit installed in no time.
